Buying my new bed experience.
Went in with the intention of just looking and getting a quote. I was not harassed by salespeople and was left alone to browse and test as i pleased. When i did want advice, the salesman was very helpful. In the end, I ended up buying a tempur firm mattress, an automatic lift ottoman bedframe and matching headboard plus got a few freebies thrown in too. I had previously got a quote for the same type of bed and they beat the quote by over £300. I am very pleased with the service I got.
