Really lovely man that helped me, I was given lots of advice about the mattresses. He was very patient as I tried out nearly all the mattresses in the store, but I finally found the one I wanted to purchase. An enjoyable process.

Store staff were helpful
Store staff were helpful. Once ordered was placed the communications regarding delivery times etc were excellent; by text, email & phone. Delivery was fast and efficient and all packaging taken away. So far we're finding the mattresses very comfortable and we have useful info. on care etc.

Mattress purchase Solihull
We visited the sears retail park branch in Solihull on 27th July for a new king size mattress. We had an idea of what we wanted and budget. Jess was both knowledgeable and friendly, and a great salesperson! She gave us several options and went through the benefits of each mattress we tried. She was really patient as we made our minds up and it made us want to make a purchase because we weren’t being pushed to!
Our bed was delivered on Monday 18th August by Jay and Kieran and they were very polite and efficient.
Thanks for our wonderful new mattress- we are getting much better sleep now. Thanks to Jess again.

Great service and price from Bensons
From ordering in the shop to delivery yhe staff i dealt with were courteous. The delivery guys even took their shoes off before going upstairs. The bed arrived at the time wen had been told. Easy to assemble and looks great in the room.

Good Experience
The experience at the Showroom was good and so was the delivery of our new Simba Mattress. The delivery men Simon and Josh introduced themselves. They were pleasant, efficient, informative, and respectful.
We had paid for our old mattress to be taken away and recycled too.
