Helpful and understanding
We popped into the St Helens store to buy a new mattress and met Harry (I hope I remembered that correctly). Harry was a joy. He was well informed, patient and unbelievably helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt listened to, well especially me, and respected. Thank you for all your help and advice Harry, it was so nice to meet you .

Friendly salesman Andy with good products and discounts
Good salesman (Andy) on hand when I needed him and yet still left me to wander around and test products such as mattresses. Simple questions got straight forward replies from Andy. Pricing for mix matching of products quickly available with all relevant discounts also explained. Additional items such as mattress protectors and cleaning products introduced as well although I hadn’t thought of these . Andy also indicated the assembly cost and showed me upon request how beds were put together.
Delivery dates were exactly what I wanted .

Andy was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and his knowledge of each mattress was impressive. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Georgina was helpful, polite, very professional and respectful .After testing and questioning different beds, we went away for a few hours then returned to order our chosen bed. Georgina took us to that bed and respectfully gave us space to make our final decision. Very pleased.

Tracey greated us into the store and offered any assistance we needed. She was friendly from the outset and allowed us plenty of time to consider. She explained everything and made sure we could make the right choice for us. We where vary happy with the bed we chose and we knew what all the options where. She explained everything from deals to mattress choices, delivery and anything else. She was a joy to deal with. Very friendly and professional and despite us coming into the store late in the day she did not rush us in the slightest. Even offered us a coffee. An absolute pleasure to deal with, thank you.
