Had to buy a mattress for my teenager. Harry immediately put her a ease, let her try all the mattresses, and had her happily walking through the store with a pillow. Great work with my usually moody, speaks few words teenager.

Just bought a bed from Benson for beds in St Helens and was look after by a amazing lady called Georgina who very knowledgeable who helped us pick the right bed for me and my wife. We left the shop very happy and relax that we had got the right bed all because of Georgina 5 star help.

Great service - so far from St Helens store.
We needed a new mattress, called into the St Helens store a little early but this didn't stop Andy helping us. We got some good advice, he showed us most of the mattresses in the shop and took lots of time with us. He didn't push us into buying any thing. We eventually picked the one we liked and he sorted the sale.
He was really professional and knowledgeable.

A professional and friendly experience
We were guided through the whole process by a very friendly and professional salesman called Harry. He was very knowledgeable and advised us to try several different beds in order to make our decision. Lying on beds in a store can be very embarrassing but he put us at ease and we had a few laughs along the way. He explained all about delivery process and options available regarding removal of old bed which was very helpful.

Definitely go to bensons for beds st helens.
My husband and I were unsure if we wanted to replace our current bed but after speaking with Georgina in store, she convinced us to buy a brand new bed and we're so glad she did. We found it quite difficult to find the right one but after telling her exactly what it was we were after in a bed, she found an amazing bed for us. Georgina went above and beyond until she was satisfied it was what we wanted. Without her I don't think we would have bought one if I'm honest, as I say, we weren't totally convinced we needed one, but so glad for her help so thanks Georgina.
