Mix of feelings
At the store I could have been explained better how the delivery works and the fact customers receive a message the day before delivery with the exact time they are coming.
I ended up missing the delivery team.
Customer Service on the phone gave me a new slot time for delivery within two weeks which was really inconvenient. I was in a critical situation but out of the blue, Bensos for beds rang me with a solution, they located the delivery team who popped up at mine again to assembly the bed.
Everything went smoothly, however a bit of misscomunication between departments.

Extremely helpful and valuable advice
Although my mattress is not due for delivery for another 2 weeks, my experience with the sales team was great. Choosing a mattress is so difficult, you know the one you have needs replacing but are not sure which to replace it with. The machine/programme which showed my lying posture was very helpful and the advice I received was wonderful.

Plenty of choice
I bought a bed from Bedsons a few years ago for my spare room and was pleased with it so naturally when I done up my other spare room I went back to them and I wasn’t disappointed and Mike who served me was extremely helpful and patient.

Leigh was brilliant. Before he even knew we were seriously there to buy anything; he allowed my pregnant wife to use the staff toilet. Leigh was not pushy in the slightest and gave us good information when asked.

Frame Okay, TV Disappointing
Just got around to setting up the bed frame from Bensons Beds. Nothing particularly special solid enough, easy to assemble, but that’s about it. Can’t comment on the mattress, as I already use my own orthopaedic one.
Main issue: the Sharp TV supplied with the frame is a letdown. Basic functionality only, and it can’t connect to my phone or other smart devices. Not everyone sticks to Netflix and mainstream apps so the TV feels outdated and extremely limiting.
In short:
Bed frame: fine, easy build, does the job.
TV: outdated, poor connectivity, disappointing for the price. They said it could be a Samsung or LG but most definitely not a Sharp (Do people still use this?)
Wouldn’t recommend for anyone hoping for a “smart” bedroom experience. Unless they can guarantee a better TV

Our sales man Tom was friendly alert and discreetly attentive he was very good and recommending us beds and trying to find what we were looking for. I was 95% sure I wasn’t going to buy anything but we came out with an amazing deal so thank you.
