The delivery service was excellent. The driver Nick and his assistant Steven were very helpful and put the bed into place ensuring everything was where we wanted it.

Helpful staff …
Darren was very helpful explaining everything to me, I was looking for a mattress for my granddaughter and we were looking at the kids ones. His colleague was very good with my grandchildren while I was talking to Darren, keeping them occupied and allowing them to bounce on the display beds and chatting to them.

So good to know approximate time of delivery. Delivery was totally trouble free with very friendly and pleasant drivers delivering. Bed base assembled quickly and any questions answered well. Excellent and cannot speak highly enough of such a great service.

Made to feel welcome from the moment we entered the shop. We were assisted by Andrea who guided us through the process of choosing the right bed. Never once did we feel pressured or intimidated. She matched our needs perfectly. She was approachable and personable. It was great to be able to try the best suited beds one after the other for comparison, with plenty of information offered regarding their features. Follow up emails have kept us updated with regard to delivery. Will update this review once the bed is delivered.
