Andrea was great: quick, knowledgeable and helpful.

Delivery was smooth and very quick.

Our bed was delivered by Nick and Steven. They were brilliant, even though they had to reverse down a narrow street with a dead end and then carry the mattress up six staircases. They were polite, very considerate about the house as they moved around, extremely friendly and could not have done more for us. 11 out of 10 - thanks for a perfect delivery.

Great service but don't get harassed by staff till u ask for there help also they had what I needed and liked after visiting other stores and websites and got a great deal

A pleasant experience from start to finish.
All the staff were friendly and attentive.
Their sales person, Marc, was excellent.
Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy.
I wanted my old memory foam mattress removed and my new Sealy mattress put in its place, he made all the arrangements for me, even helping me with the awkward delivery date.
The delivery went like clockwork. Friendly and very efficient.
It’s very rare for me to give a five star review but in this case it’s very well deserved.

As soon as i walked into the shop i was given expert advice by Jo in the Sunderland store she made sure i got the right mattress for my needs i chose a Tempur pro plus cool medium firm got a refurb for less than half the price it is 100% brand new in my opion and a great saver i can honesltly say sleeping on it along with the pillows is amazing im so happy best nights sleep ever simply fantastic i advice anyone to get a tempur mattress from Benson for Beds

The mattress arrived on the scheduled time & the 2 lads worked like trogans to get the mattress upstairs. (Well done lads 👏)

Excellent service

When we visited Bensons in Roker, Sunderland it was originally just for a look round, however Andrea was more than helpful and fully explained everything we wanted to know, without being 'pushy'. We were happy with the bed, headboard and price Andrea quoted, we went for lunch and decided we wouldn't bother shopping around so came back and ordered the bed. The ordering was simple and quick, we were also given a choice of dates for delivery. After paying a deposit we then applied for the interest free credit online and that was quick and simple too. The delivery was on time and we were telephoned before they arrived, the bed was carried to our room of choice and the delivery drivers were friendly, helpful and courteous. Lovely lady attended us when we entered store in Roker, Sunderland. No pressure to buy, explained everything clear re mattresses and purchased one with her help.

When visiting Bensons the salesperson was super informative and very helpful, I decided upon a certain mattress and all details of sale and delivery was done there and then, since delivery off mattress which was expertly done I have had great nights sleep ever since.
Totally recommend Bensons.

Dealt with Marc at the Sunderland branch and was amazing with his advice and guidance, we had originally been elsewhere and had our minds set on something else but Marc showed us how to properly check what we needed and helped fit us on the sleep machine! In turn we weren’t sure on which to go with so we went back to the original place and it turned out to be no good! In the end we bought a brand new TV bed and a new mattress and couldn’t be happier with the service and expertise! Would highly recommend their expert advise to anyone.

Brilliant friendly and professional service. The in-store mattress that helps determine your pressure points is impressive and feels less gimky than similar services offered by other retailers. It was straight to the point with useful feedback from body data. Until visiting Bensons trying to find the "perfect" mattress was becoming really stressful. The customer service representative was very patient, knowledgeable and understood that customers need a bit of time to work things out themselves once pointed in the right direction. Thanks to the brilliant and professional service from Bensons I now have my new mattress on order. And hopeful it will be perfect for me. 100% recommend - especially visiting the Sunderland store if your near by!
