Good and comfortable

Gary, Alan & Mark arrived on time and were professional, friendly and polite. They were very tidy taking all the rubbish and constructed the two beds ready for use. They did a good job.

The delivery guys went over and above with the delivery due to the difficult parking . And kept me informed with the delivery time. Shop staff in the sutton Surrey store very helpful.

We bought a single mattress. The store manager John was very friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He listened to our preferences and helped us very eagerly.
The delivery was on time and within the window promised. The delivery personnel was very friendly and cooperative. He took care of the surroundings while moving the mattress through the house. Installed and explained the features.

John the sales assistant was so helpful in assisting me to choose the right mattress for me. He was so knowledgeable and he gave me the confidence to choose the right mattress. Although I had purchased a different mattress the day before there was no problem in cancelling that order and John helped me to choose another mattress which would help in supporting my shoulders and back.

The TV i got was the wrong size of what I was told before purchasing ( Click bait) The TV is not an original Sharp smart TV, the picture quality is the worst, it doesn't have a Bluetooth ( what a smart tv🙄)

Had no plans to buy bed frames today, but had plans to buy elsewhere by next month. We entered just to browse and make enquiries but Anil changed our minds. He welcomed us warmly and showed us around, explaining and answering our questions, he is an experienced salesman and very honest with the offers. We ended up with the desired bed frame, bought pillows too, and smiled back home with freebies. I’ll definitely recommend this place for family and friends and remind them to ask after Anil so he can attend to them. Patiently awaiting delivery.

The price was very reasonable. The.service was very good. She listened and helped me find what I wanted. It was quick and easy, with no fussy and no over selling. I enjoyed the experience. Hopefully the delivery will be just as good

I had an issue with the incorrect base being ordered in store but the delivery team identified it and coordinated with the store to correct. It was dealt with all on the same day without fuss or follow up phone calls.
