Fantastic product, great helpful assistant.

The store was dog friendly which is always good as we did not want to leave the dogs in the car . The staff were very helpful in particular Joe answered all the questions and gave first class customer service. The surprise also was the short lead time for delivery , only 2-3 weeks . Excellent

I wish I can be a happy customer but I am not, I bought 3 matress from this company in Swindon and though there was a serious delay, the quality is ok. I bought another sofa bed afterward and that was the nightmare begin, once I receive the sofa bed, I already feel sth wrong cos the filling is so thin that I can actually feel the base, I went back to the shop to examine the displayed one and it is much better. I call the customer office and told them the product I received is not the one I expected, they sent a staff to come to my house to inspect the product, and I was told he will go back to the shop to examine the displayed product, then no news since that. I call the customer again and found out they didn’t sent anyone to examine the displayed furniture, and want to close my file !!! They claim there is nothing they can do, I strongly request another inspection and they promise they will check both of my received sofa bed and the displayed one, another person come to my house and claim that my product is ok and he was not requested to compare with the displayed one, they almost force me accept as it is!! Even that sofa bed is mainly for my friend guest and I won’t sleep on it, however almost all of my friend mention that they can’t actually feel the base structure and it us really not comfortable which me me feel really bad and sorry.

So if you want to purchase something in this company, just pray for the luck , hope the product you received is fine, otherwise they will not follow up any defected goods they have delivered and you are just wasting money on a defected goods.

Jo was so helpful helping us find our perfect bed. She gave us great examples and comparisons and we ended up buying the bed there and then plus 2 side pillows and a mattress protector. Jo was excellent! Hope she’s there next time I come in.

The sales person was very helpful, explained the differences between the mattresses. Very knowledgeable about the the mattresses and the pillows. Very friendly and polite.

Entered the store specifically to buy a mattress. Allowed to browse, test a few mattresses before being approached. No pressure, what strength of mattress do you require? Demo done on test bed. Need a firm. Shown firm mattresses in price range and written quote for two types. Well done David. Two months later we go to buy and price has dropped, plus 10% sale offer. Smooth ordering with Joanne, took shortest term finance of 10 months at 0% interest. Good visit.

The staff in the shop (Swindon) were very helpful. The people I spoke to by phone about delivery were great too, though we had a specific window when delivery was possible. The bed boxes were carried to the correct room upstairs (not always the case with bed deliveries) and it wasn't too hard to assemble. The finished bed looks fine.

Our beds were delivered on time and by polite and friendly staff. The quality of the product was as expected, no issues at all. My only small disappointment was the time it took to get the beds (6-7weeks) but this was confirmed when we made the purchase, not delayed, just a long lead time due to importing.

Lovely showroom, initial introduction from Dion who welcomed us to try out mattresses and advised he was there to help if needed.
Left to browse at our own leisure with no sales pressure which was great.
Dion answered our questions in a professional and friendly manner and went on to inform us about the delivery process.

as soon as we entered the shop an assistant came to help us choose the right mattress ,explaining all the qualities of each, letting us try each one for comfort etc, he had a lot of knowledge of the makeup and build of all we tried.and we did try a lot.Altogether we spent 2 hours looking, but did find one ,which I can not wait to have, for a good nights sleep.

We was very happy with the service we received, given time to have a good look around without any pressure, but David was there to answer any questions we had, thank you
