A happy helpful sales team headed by Jodie, who made us feel welcomed and at ease. Jodie looked after us and was very knowledgeable and honest throughout.

The lady that helped us pick out our new mattresses was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and was happy to let all four of us keep trying different mattresses with different pillow combinations again and again. We came away with an order for three new mattresses for myself and my husband, and my two teenagers, and it was an easy and pleasant experience.

The salesman we had was absolutely fantastic so helpful and not at all pushy, he was able to give us a great deal when buying both a bed frame and a mattress together. He showed us both a cheaper bed frame in the type we wanted as well as the more expensive and better TV bed. We went away and had a coffee to have a chat about what we wanted in our new bed frame. We came to the conclusion we wanted the TV bed went back and ordered this we were given all the options around the purchase and ultimately decided on a finance agreement. We never once felt pressure or obligation to buy anything in any way we were able to make the decision ourselves. This is now my 3rd purchase of a bed from bensons and I will continue to buy from them.

Went to the West Thurrock store to purchase a new bed this time for our son’s room. Christopher was very helpful but also left us alone to look around until we needed help & information
He then worked out a price for the igel mattress we chose, bed base & headboard - we decided to go ahead with the purchase which Christopher was very helpful with. This is the third bed we have purchased from Bensons and very happy with the service & experience. Thank you

The store is nicely laid out with beds logically grouped by manufacturer. As it turned out, we were served by the manageress, who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of beds themselves. There was no pressure and her cheerful manner made our visit and purchase a pleasure.
