The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional which made it a very easy process.

The member of staff that helped us was brilliant he gave us all the information we needed on different mattresses and bed frames. The shop was clean and tidy. Ben made us feel very welcome and helped us find an amazing bed within our price range.

Excellent service, Lateef at the lakeside branch was awesome, I had amples of questions, kept calling him for sizes, material, colour and not once he showed frustration.
We got there in the end and placed the order.

My mum purchased a Mattress from your Thurrock store which she was very pleased with. The Mattress cover has all puckered and stretch in a few months. I have contacted Benson's customer service 3 times. They have said she has to deal with the manufacturer who said he will visit this week. So far the manufacturer has not turned up or confirmed he is still coming. I think your after sales is very poor.

My experience was great. For the minute we stepped into the shop it was very welcoming. Our Assistant was fantastic she knew exactly what she was talking about.

Like any consumer, we looked around, but our minds, I think we're already made up. The sales woman who delt with us was top class. Never pushed for us to buy, just gave us all the options to come to a decision. Very happy with the price and delivery date given. Top class. Well done.
