The staff at Bensons for Beds in Truro are very welcoming. We had exceptional service from Kevin, who has a wealth of knowledge, nothing was too much trouble, from suggesting alternatives to getting out a tape measure, he was brilliant! It was a pleasure to have made a purchase of bunk beds. Previous to this we had a mattress delivered by Paul and Glen, very impressed, they even asked if we would like them to put on shoe covers to protect the flooring. I would also like to praise Bensons for their communications, after a purchase and right up until the delivery, a company that make every effort for their customers, bravo!!!

Helpful Staff in Truro & Camborne branches.
We went to the Truro branch a few months ago. Dani could not have been more helpful and welcoming. She had great advice and was very knowledgeable. We collected our mattress later that day from the Camborne store where Joe was also extremely helpful.

Very good advice and plenty of time given to us in the shop. Lady was very helpful and polite. Delivery on the day was easily carried out and bed was built in a short amount of time. All packaging taken away. Delivery men; Paul and Glen were very good and friendly.
