Very helpful sales advisor - he explained all about the different options available and advised us about delivery dates, so we could get the bed in time for our visitors!!

Helpful and friendly staff without being over the top

The salesman Irfan was very knowledge and helped us select the best product for us. Very happy with service and are now awaiting delivery.

Had a successful shopping experience today with Owen. He listened to what our problems were with various health problems etc and only showed us suitable mattresses. He was not pushy and did not try and sell us add ons. He also helped us get our preferred delivery time and was extremely friendly and professional. We are looking forward to our new mattress and pillows to arrive and hopefully a good night's sleep. Thank you Owen.

Sales guy was very helpful and approach was friendly and welcoming. We had children with us and he made it much easier too buy the children beds

not had delivery just yet so i can not comment on the delivery and set up part. What i can comment on how fantastic our sales person was. My daughter has disabilities and he was so patient with her and really helped us make what could of been a distressing experience for my daughter a calm and smooth one. He went way and beyond to help us.

Emily in the Weston Super Mare store was absolutely fantastic. Answered all our questions and made the whole process of selecting and ordering our 2 mattresses very easy.

I’d rung the day before so already had a link person to ask for. He was there and showed me my options. Quick, reliable and professional. A good service.

Owen in the Weston Super Mare store was very helpful letting me and my daughter try different mattresses on different beds to check comfort. Order process was easy and lots of discounts. Their in-store prices were incorrect so they honoured the prices I'd found online.
Delivery date was about three weeks so not too bad. I've only given 4 stars so far as the delivery hasn't been completed yet so the process isn't complete and I don't have the goods. Otherwise I'm very happy.

Good product at a good price. Helpful staff in store and for delivery. This is the third mattress we have purchased from Bensons and would definitely recommend and use again.
