Excellent from start to finish
The lady in the Witney shop was very helpful. She took the time to explain and select the right bed and pillows for us. The delivery process was smooth. I was kept informed at every stage of when delivery was to be made and got a phone call on the correct morning from one of the delivery men to confirm. They were cheerful and obliging. The whole service was excellent from start to finish and we are very pleased with the new mattress.

The Witney store has friendly staff and a good variety of beds and mattresses and also has the sleep pro which helps you choose the right firmness. Sales aren’t forced either which is nice

A great experience.
The choices of beds and mattresses are very good. The explanations were clear and outstandingly competent and knowledgeable. There was no sense of rush. The advisor this Sunday morning - Evy - was very impressive. Every question was handled well. As a result, the experience knocked a major competitor we had previously visited clear out of the park.
Five days later a follow up question by phone to customer services was handled very well (price match after online price reduction).
Hint to Bensons: knowing the dimensions not just of a bed frame, but also of packages, would give peace of mind about going through doors when delivered before assembly.
Next time I need a bed, I’ll be going to Bensons first.
