Friendly approachable staff. Shown by staff exactly what asked for and took no time at all. Only downside was the delivery date. But as it is Xmas this was expected. Able to arrange and rearrange with minutes. Recommended.

Another level of customer service @ Witney Bensons for beds
We had the pleasure of visiting the witney store quite late in the day. About 15 mins before closing so we’re worried we would be turned away thinking they would want to go home on time being it was a Saturday. However we were greeted by an extremely pleasant and helpful lady. We did not feel rushed in the slightest and were given the full customer services experience so much so we decided to buy the bed that weekend (we had to go home and measure to make sure it would get upstairs). Whilst we were looking for a new bed it wasn’t a must do on that particular weekend. The top notch customer service we received convinced us this was the right store for this important purchase. After spending an hour in there we left just before 7pm nearly an hour after closing. I can only applaud the excellent service and will definitely go back there for future purchases and throughly recommend people pay a visit in to the Witney branch
