A superb service
From choosing and ordering in the store to the delivery and construction of the bed everything was fantastic. The guy in the store was very helpful and informative the bed was delivered exactly when they said it would, and the delivery guys where in and out in no time the bed built and all the packaging taken away, a superb service 👌

2 lovely ladies were very helpful and very knowledable. So glad I went in store rather than buying on line, They were both super friendly , lots of helpful info, made me feel comfortable to try as many times as I wanted. I only went in to look but I was so happy with the information and the level of attention ( not pushy , left me to it until I asked for attention) . Good staff choice, I wish more stores had great staff like this

Very helpful staff
I went to Bensons for Beds as I had bought a bed from them previously. The staff are very helpful and patient and there is a wide choice of mattresses, bed frames and headboards. I found exactly what I needed with help from Demi and everything went smoothly including setting up the delivery. Very pleased and would recommend.

We selected the mattress we desired, paid for it and received the paperwork. We await thee arrival of the mattress on Monday 11th.
I was not happy to be bombarded with 6 emails and a text message. ONE would have sufficed.

Great service in store. Had to wait a few weeks for delivery. Delivery men very cheerful and too mattress to the room we wanted. Unfortunately after unpacking the mattress had a black mark on it which was disappointing. Mattress super comfortable.

Benson's sales assistant acknowledged our arrival, introduced the store areas and explained the advice available to us if required help. He then thoughtfully left us alone a while to view and experience the merchandise in our own time. When he checked in with us we had a number of questions ready to which he provided answers and advice.
