Friendly and helpful. Great service
Very helpful assistant listened to what I wanted and guided me through the process to ensure I got the right mattress. I didn't feel hurried or pressured and I was happy with the whole experience. They will be taking the old mattress away for recycling at the time of delivery. Can't fault the service from start to finish.

Good customer service experience
Good customer service experience. The sales officer in the Worksop branch that we met on the day of purchase was very patience, welcoming, understanding and proactive. I would like to visit him time and again.
It is also heartwarming to receive follow ups on the delivery dates and preparation for delivery.

A very pleasant shopping experience
Not having bought a bed/mattress for a very long time, I was a little unsure as to how to make my choice. From the first moment that I walked into the showroom I felt at ease. It was warm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt that the staff were there to help and assist me, rather than being in my face and trying to push a product onto me.
A very pleasant shopping experience and would not hesitate to recommend.
