We visited the Worksop store and dealt with a man called Andy who is a credit to your company he couldn’t do enough for us he went above and beyond what we have come to expect

The salesman was happy to show//give me the alternatives did not encourage me to go above my budget (though I did)

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, which is something I always dread about going into store to make a purchase! There were lots of beds to see and try, and when we made our decision the ordering was processed efficiently. Despite the wait time for delivery (popular bed), we were very very happy with our experience.

The guy didn't pounce on us as soon as we walked in, but when I asked him a question he was very helpful.

Shane greeted us as we arrived in the store and was really knowledgeable about the different types of beds and mattresses. He listened to what we wanted and made several suggestions but never rushed us into making a decision. Highly recommend the Worksop store and support we received

Outstanding customer service from the team at Worksop. As soon as we got in the door we were greeted by friendly staff and were asked if we needed any help. After looking around both floors we found exactly what we were looking for and the team made it very easy for us. Excellent quality showroom. They were very accommodating with a delivery date that suited us. May update after delivery if there are any issues but so far it has been brilliant.

The staff in store were extremely helpful, and the online ordering system was very easy and straightforward to use. Delivery of the bed was quicker than anticipated & the delivery men were very helpful and respectful and put the bed in the room that we wanted.

The sales team in the Worksop branch are professional, helpful and courteous. I have dealt with other branches and the guys in the Worksop branch are the best. Keep up the good work guys, the company is lucky to have you all.

We were able to lay on andf test all the beds in the showroom which is the only way to buy a comfy mattress

Came here saw a bed. Left with quote in hand with hand written options included in the price overall
...... We also we wanted 2 as my dad was on about getting the same. Still wanted delivery £30 each. Upon leaving was given the price with inclusive things in order whoch was below budget. Let and said it would be in the following week to order. Got a call the Wednesday after telling me the bed had been reduced by 20% and it has everything you require from quotes. Came in again which is a 20 mins drive to the have sales agent not remembering, and then backtracking on what he said was included so then the price would turn out now to be actually full price of the original bed with all included. Which we still wanted two of. I said hang on the phone you said i asked you and you said yes all would be added in like the quote i gave you and still comes under buget.... You then said yeah but you still have to pay for delivery..... I said the price you quoted before without the sales tag on the bed was cheaper then you offering now..... Sorry i got back!!! I understand your in sale amd have targets, iv working sales for over 10 years myself but this really got my goat. Don't diseave your customers..... Especially when you had two customers willing to buy get then in and then seem like now i cannot be bothered, travelling 20 mins in with kids..... Won't be back.

Everyone of the staff at Worksop shop are very friendly and not overpowering and pushy like I’ve experienced in other shops! They explained everything I needed to know with knowledge about each item I asked about and nothing was too much to ask hence the reason I chose to buy from this shop …also loved the frame I bought
