We were warmly greeted by Tracy who gave us her full attention and the benefit of her considerable knowledge and experience the whole time we were there. We were looking for a replacement mattress and new pillows.
We were not rushed or pressured in any way and left to make our choices being able to revisit mattresses/pillows to try out as often as we wished.
Tracy was the key to our positive shopping experience and she deserves a rise!

Great Service by all...
We went to the Yeovil showroom as it was local. They had a good selection of beds. We were after a reasonably priced bed and cabinets set for our spare room. The staff were helpful and suggested ways to keep the costs down. We then ordered. We were told a future delivery date and were kept informed all the way through. The delivery was excellent, on time and delivered by two excellent people who were very quick and tidy.

Good and not too pushy sales team in the Yeovil branch, fantastic communication throughout especially closer to delivery date. On day of delivery Charlie and colleague were punctual, friendly and very professional.
No hiccups through the whole process, many lessons could be learnt by one of the other national bed product companies also in Yeovil that lost a sale by being the exact opposite to Bensons for beds.
