Helpful and personable staff
Very helpful member of staff (Paul)....not pushy (we would have walked out if it was hard sell) but present when we needed them and gave us space when we wanted to discuss between ourselves. Courteous and personable. The delivery isn't until next week so hopefully the delivery team will be just as nice.

Helpful, pleasant but not pushy sales people. I was given a delivery date and kept updated on the progress of my order. I was given a few days notice of the time slot of when it would be delivered which was very helpful.

Clifton Moor York store, so easygoing and very helpful
From the first visit at Clifton Moor York, Emma was a very helpful sales. Not only did she resolve a couple of problems, but her knowledge of beds assisted no end. All arrangements went as planned and our new mattress is on the bed and we are happy to sleep test it.Thank you for making it easy Emma.

Looking for a wooden framed bed with mattress. Showroom and choice was better than competitor. Salesperson was knowledgeable, patient and efficient. Mattress selector useful to decide which firmness. Credit facility great. A painless purchase and happy with the product.
