Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Order was placed and PAID in the beginning of September (delivery was said to be within 4 days). After contacting via Email - no reply. Calling them (takes ages to talk with someone) and wanting to know what´s going to happen.
They don´t reply to your mail and you don´t know if you get back the money or you still get your purchased good.
After TWO MONTHS after threating to consult a lawyer finally got my money back but no explanation/ excuse or credit for dealy.
I do not recommend anyone to buy from them online- very poor customer service.
I won´t use bergzeit anymore.

Ved en fejlbestilling lørdag skrev straks til Service afdelingen med besked om annullering af bestillingen. Skrev igen mandag morgen. Ringede til Service afdelingen. Service afdelingen svarede, at det kunne de ikke, fordi pakken var på vej. De arbejdede ikke om lørdagen. Pakken kan returneres ved, at jeg betaler fragten. Deres "free retur" omfatter ikke Danmark.
In the event of a mistake booking on a Saturday, I immediately wrote to the Service department with notice of cancellation of the order. I wrote again Monday morning. I called the Service Department. The service department replied "that they couldn't because the package was on the way. They did not work on Saturdays." The package can be returned by me paying the freight. Their "free return" does not include Denmark.

Very bad experience so far
I have ordered an item that was promised to be delivered on the 7th of October at the latest. Now the package seems to be stuck somewhere and the Bergzeit team is not reaponding to my emails even though I explicitly said that it is urgent. I do not recommend and fingers crossed that I get either my product or my money back.

Great prices, variety of products, excellent customer service&communication, improved delivery times, a little slow on solving warranty claims/refunding, but overall very satisfied with Bergzeit. Congrats guys, and keep up the great job!
bad delivery time, bad customer service, no free return for all the countries
i have ordered from this website a pair of shoes as present, but of course they didn't come on time. the product itself was as expected but unfortunately it didn't fit the person so we are supposed to return them. I went through all the steps on the return portal, but when I clicked on DHL labels I got an error message (401). I opened a ticket with customer service, 3 days later, no response, I wrote a follow up email, I got an email immediately, they are not offering free return for all the countries. The terms on their website are not very clear on this.I will avoid them in the future, even though they have good prices.
As an update: the shoes were returned on my own cost, more than a week ago. I didn’t get anything from them. I sent them an email to the customer service- no response in 2 days. Very bad customer service!!!

Purchase experience went exactly as advertised.
Having read the reviews I was a little worried about ordering from Bergzeit. The price was great so I ordered. Item arrived in perfect condition & on time. Had a problem with the item (nothing to do with Bergzeit) so contacted the customer services and was given return instructions and a free returns label. I did not have to pay return postage. Very happy with the price and service and would definatley order from the company again.

Very good shopping experience!
Ordered a pair of shoes on a Monday. Received order notification email within minutes. Received order dispatch email on Friday with tracking information. Shoes arrived following Tuesday in great condition. Great service!

Poor delivery
Good quality products but delivery time is a joke. I have been waiting already 2 weeks for my stuff. If you try to track your package is written that it has been delivered to you few days ago but its a fake information. I gave them second chance, never again.

Additionally it's close to impossible to reach customers service, always busy or taking as long as a governmental institution to answer the phone...

I ordered a osprey document wallet
I ordered a osprey document wallet, upon receiving it’s all stained and damaged .. so why they would send this to a customer is beyond me...... but it gets worse I’ve contacted them twice now with no response, it appears they have my money and couldn’t care less.. appalling customer service wish I’d took the previous reviews seriously ....
My advice unless ur willing to loose your money if anything goes wrong avoid at all cost

I ordered some skis, bindings and the binding mounting service. I received my order confirmation immediately with an estimated dispatch date. A few days after the dispatch date I was given I checked to see the progress of my order and dispatch date. I was then told the skis I ordered were the last pair and had cosmetic damage. I declined the offer to continue my purchase and receive further discount on the skis; I asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund be processed. Bergzeit refused to acknowledge my request for a refund and I had to send 5 separate emails before I received any response. I was told they would process my refund as soon as possible. A further day passes and my PayPal account did not receive a refund. I had to contact PayPal and open a dispute, within a few hours of PayPal contacting the company, my refund was there. The prices are low for a reason. Faulty goods and poor customer service. Shame really, I had high hopes despite the reviews. I won't be using this company again.

Bad customer service
One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Used their return portal on january 4th to return an item that didn't fit. Expected to get a return label after that but immediately received a message that they were busy and proces time may be prolonged. On january 14th I still hadn't heard anything so sent an email asking if I had misunderstood anything about how I should return my order. Last Friday 18th I still had received no answer, so wrote a message on their Facebook page that still hasn't been answered today 21st. Now we're past the 30 day return limit, and I'm really wondering whether I'll ever be able to return my item. So far I haven't had anything but automated messages from bergzeit and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing buisness with them unless you know for sure that you will not have to return your item(s).
Edited Januray 24th: Finally had my reply from Bergzeit and got a free return label in exchange for my frustrations, which I'm very happy with. I wish though, that it hadn't been necessary to write a bad review in order to get their attention...

I have tried contacting Bergzeit several times about my Lundhags boots which they received before Christmas and were supposed to send onto Lundhags but they have not received them !
I got hold of Lundhags who said that the boots haven’t arrived
I have spoken to the advisors at Bergzeit to no avail !

Where is my order! No goods but payment taken!
I placed an order 30.12.18 order number 2702334. Payment was taken out of my account immediately and I was able to track my order up to 4th January 19, however, I am now unable to track my order. I have tried entering my shipment number etc but it now says my order does not exist! Tried ringing but unale to speak to anyone. Message says to hang on but no one ever picks up. Getting very concerned about my order and payment you have taken. Please update me with latest progress asap. If I do not hear from you/receive my order in the next two days from now, I would like a full refund asap please.

Initially I was very disappointed because the money for the item purchased went out from my account, without me even getting an order number. After few days the company contacted me and returned the amount in full.
