I recently had a fantastic time working with Heather and her team at The Berkeley Clinic. The entire experience, from the first consultation to the completion of my composite bonding treatment, was exceptional. Having visited numerous dentists before, I regret not discovering The Berkeley Clinic earlier. I will definitely return in the future. Thanks once more!

My treatment today was the most detailed and the highest level of dental care I’ve ever received.The hygienist and her assistant were excellent and I now have a wealth of information that I definitely need.I would highly recommend the Berkeley clinic the service is second to none and all the staff are lovely.

I have just completed an extensive course of treatments at the Berkeley Clinic in Glasgow; consisting of:- An Extraction, A Root Canal Treatment,A Cosmetic Tooth Build Up, plus:
3 Implants. I was in the extremely capable hands of Mr Greig McLean.
What can I say. My whole experience with the Berkeley Clinic, has and is, nothing short of exemplary ! The whole team are superb.
From making you feel at ease and welcome, to the work carried out by these Dentists, Nurses and Hygienists, who are, the most professional and kind people.
Also to be noted, they use the finest of equipment available and with their skills, makes the whole visit to the dentist pain free.
I truly cannot praise them enough for the care, attention and professionalism they give to their patients.
To further show how highly I rate them, I travel down to Glasgow from Aberdeen, which is approximately, a 300 mile round trip and, in the words of the late, great Ms Tina Turner, they are: 'Simply the Best" !
Finally, the results :- Fantastic !!

Firstly, let me say that I don’t like dentists but I really love these dentists!! I have had to stop going after many years due to distance and a health issue but every single visit, from the first look in my mouth, a testament to 1950s dentistry, to my last, were unbelievably relaxed and enjoyable. Greig would explain everything in simple understandable language and my regular hygienist, Kharla, made me completely relaxed. My mouth has never felt so good! Would I recommend! You bet I would!!!

If you value your smile, oral hygiene and general wellbeing I highly recommend enlisting the help of the staff at the Berkeley Clinic.

I'm writing this review in respect of my treatment at the Berkeley Clinic with Kharla, Greig and Maria. I find all the staff at the Berkeley Clinic to be welcoming, caring and personable, which I wish was true of all medical professions. I have a chronic pain condition which has in the past only served to fuel my anxiety in receiving any medical treatment but especially that of dental treatment. Kharla, Greig and Maria in their caring and professional approach have done much to allay my fear and anxiety. I'm also highly appreciative of the fact that they all go to great lengths to explain any dental issues I'm presenting with and help me make a better educated choice as to how to improve my oral hygiene as best I can, again something I wish was true of all medical professions. One regret I have in life is not enlisting the help of the staff at the Berkeley Clinic sooner. I firmly believe had I gained the knowledge I now have, thanks to Kharla, Greig and Maria, and the treatment I have received from them, I could have avoided or at the very least minimised the dental issues that have presented in me over the last few years. So, if you value your smile (outer and inner), oral hygiene and general wellbeing I whole heartedly recommend enlisting the help of the staff at the Berkeley Clinic.

I had to use the emergency service at the clinic due to a dental infection.
After phoning I was seen an incredible 90minutes after the call.
Dr McLean was professional, thorough and clearly explained my dental issues and treatment plan.
So reassuring, especially as I had imminent travel plans that I could actually access the service in such a timely manner.
I would thoroughly recommend anyone to attend this dental practice.

The clinic had some great staff in the past with really good customer service so I always felt it was worth the very high prices to be treated there. I had orthotic work, dental work and hygienist appointments over many years. Sadly, I have tried to return as a patient after being on maternity leave (which I notified them of) and they now want to class me as a “new patient” and told me I would have to pay 50% more for my treatment. I emailed and explained that I thought this was unfair as I’ve never had any issues arising from a hygienist appointments but got a cold cooperate response that you’d expect from a business that’s only about it’s profits. I would have expected them to be able to look at individual cases to show that they value their long term patients. The prices have continued to rise for several years and now they are, to me, unjustified, if they lack any basic customer service skills. You can still get private dental treatment at much more competitive price in Glasgow. My new practice, so far, has been wonderful and half the price even with private treatment. Very disappointed!

Another outstanding visit to the Berkeley Clinic- Thank you Mike for always making me feel at ease. As you know I always have a terrible anxious feeling when it’s time for my next checkup however every time I visit you I instantly feel better. Thank you for your excellent service and care. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. You’re a genius and we are honoured to have you as our family dentist. Thank you once again.

Once again Greig, Nicole, Lauren and the Team provided a seamless, frictionless experience at the Berkeley.

I was told I would be able to purchase teeth whitening gel refills at any time after going through the process of having them initially whitened, the initial whitening was already expensive so it was quite disappointing to hear that I would need to go for another consultation at the cost of £99 just to purchase the refills. This is not what I was promised, seems like they’re just trying to get more and more money.

Worst clinic in Scotland. Avoid as much as possible, they take at least 2 weeks to get back to you, and refuse to provide, they create unnecessary services for additional charges under nonexistent “rules and regulations

My fiancé and I have been clients of Berkeley Clinic for many years now, with that in mind I think I’m rather qualified to share my vast experience of the practice and I think it’s only fair I do after the service we have consistently received time and time again.

By choosing the Berkeley Clinic you will be in the care of some of the best dental and cosmetic professionals in Scotland.

From the friendly managerial staff like Rachel, to the expert hands of Maaria the Aesthetics specialist you just know this is practice worth placing your trust in.

On that point the prices are good, not the cheapest in town but certainly not the most expensive either. Running a home improvement company as my profession I regularly tell my clients “pay cheap pay twice” this is particularly true when putting your home in someone else’s hands and I think this rings even more true when you are talking about your dental health or your physical appearance. With Berkeley you get what you pay for and more.

Good clinic reasonable prices friendly staff will be back again no problem and highly recommend

Would not use this place for Botox, I was quoted on the phone the price would be between £200-£270, when I arrived got told it was £300 so because I was already there I paid it, after my Botox with maaria I was left with really bad bruising round my eye for 2 weeks! The Botox I got only saw the slightest difference on my forehead no where else, I phoned and made another appointment however I had to cancel due to the flu , I decided not to go back as I didn’t want another black eye , the tiny bit of difference that it did make wore off after 6 weeks! I have never had this anywhere else and I’m extremely disappointed in the treatment and the cost which is higher than anywhere else I have been, so I would most definitely not recommend wasting your money here

The BEST dentist that I have ever been to! Greig was honestly amazing and very confidence-inspiring. I am quite nervous around dentists usually and have had many bad experiences, however, Berkeley Clinic is completely different and has cutting-edge, novel technologies to help people with sensitive teeth - which is honestly so refreshing. Really highly recommend to anyone!!!

I recently decided to have bonding done to my teeth. I felt that my teeth, although generally healthy, had lost the sparkle of youth and there was some wear and tear appearing too. The Berkley Clinic was recommended and I had a consultation with Heather. Heather is bubbly and I immediately warmed to her.
Importantly, Heather listened to me and understood what I wanted to achieve. I now have, what I would consider, to be, a near perfect smile. The process was painless and relatively inexpensive when you consider what veneers would cost. I still have my own teeth, however, they have been enhanced in a subtle but extremely effective way. Suffice to say, I am super pleased with the outcome.

Having avoided dentists at all costs for the last 12 yrs, I finally decided it was time to be brave and address the issues with my teeth.

Following a traumatic experience as a young teenager, I’d developed what I now know is ptsd. Therefore I needed someone who would be patient, empathetic and kind and wouldn’t push me to go quicker than I was ready to.

From my first zoom call with Dr Mike Gow to each and every time I have been to the Berkeley clinic, I’ve been treated with empathy, understanding and compassion.

I decided to have hypnosis for my trauma before I started any dental treatment. Everything was baby steps, exactly what I needed. So much so that some appointments were literally about just being in the treatment room. With a gradual build up, I was able to have the treatment I needed.

I’m now months on from being terrified to walk through the door. The difference in my teeth and therefore my confidence is incredible. I smile so much more. I smile genuinely. I laugh without worry about people seeing my teeth. I wear lipstick.

If you have dental anxiety or phobia, please do call the Berkeley clinic. I know it’s a hard step, but it can and will change your life.

I cannot recommend Mike and the team enough. Thank you for all you do. Taking that first step was so hard but it’s the best thing I did.

Had a great experience with Heather and her Team at The Berkeley Clinic recently. From the initial consultation to the end of my treatment ( composite bonding ) it was 1st class. I’ve been round the block in regards to dentists and I’m only sorry I never found The Berkeley Clinic sooner . Will 100% be using them again in the future.

I thought everything about the practice was on top form from the receptionist to the Dentist.
I was there to get a partial top and bottom.
I think I paid 250 for the ones I have.
After the dentist looked at my teeth.
I was told the partial for the top would cost me 700 and the partial at the bottom would be 900.
I could not believe the price.
I don't understand how it could be so far away from what I paid before.
To me some of these dentists don't really care about your teeth they only care about their bank accounts.
