The staff have friendly warm smiles on arrival with the treatment rooms providing clean and professional as well as relaxing atmosphere. Dental and hygiene staff always know what care and health options are the best to advise. The latest dental technology on site helps with fast same day treatment if you have busy diary like myself. The practice Digital customer document service helps with quick return of consent forms.

I attended the clinic for orthodontic treatment (Invisalign) to straighten my teeth and cosmetic bonding on 6 of my teeth at the front, as my teeth looked discoloured due to the enamel wearing away. I am a very nervous dental patient however, Heather made me feel at ease throughout my treatments. She is friendly and so professional and I would highly recommend these treatments. I am absolutely delighted with the results.

I attended the Berkeley clinic after being unable to get an emergency appointment at my local. I am very anxious when it comes to attending the dentist. Dr Mike gow and his assistant made me feel very at ease, nothing was too much trouble. Mike was very understanding. After a good route around Mike explained everything that he was going to do before doing it. And since my appointment and treatment my pain and sensitivity has been very minimal due to the treatment and advice given.

A very happy customer. I contacted the Berkeley Clinic during the COVID19 pandemic as my NHS Dentist was not performing aerosol generating treatments. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who requires treatment. I was able to get an appointment on a 'one off' basis so I still have my NHS dentist and there was no pressure at all for me to get additional work done. Reasonable prices, friendly service and thorough COVID19 safety measures in place. I would definitely use the clinic again if anything else happens to my teeth while NHS dentists are not allowed to work properly.

Years of Dental anxiety causing me to neglect my teeth left me needing lots of Dental work to regain a confident Smile. My treatment plan included a Sinus lift, Bone grafts and several Dental Implants. Greig has been absolutely brilliant throughout all of my treatment, always explaining everything clearly so I understood and really putting me at ease. The care from all of the team at Berkeley clinic has been fantastic. Couldn't recommend enough. Thankyou!!

A year ago I realised I was urgently in need of restorative dentristry. I came across the Berkeley Clinic was impressed with the website. My restorative dentist, Heather Cowie. is the best dentist I have ever encountered. She is totally professional, dedicated and very highly skilled. My whole life is changed as a result of her dedication and skill. I can totally recommend Heather to anyone needing similar treatment. Marilyn xx

On 31st December I started suffering with toothache and shooting pains down my jaw. After 2 days with very little sleep I gave in and phone NHS24 who duly gave me an emergency appointment due to my dentist being closed for the holidays.

At the hospital I was examined (tapping my teeth to see which one was sore) and it was established that my back molar was dead and needed removal.
During the extraction the tooth broke at the root and the remainder couldn't be removed without surgery, I was sent home and advised to go and see my dentist when they reopened.
I had about an hours sleep when I got home before waking up shaking with pain.

A family member recommended the Berkley clinic and I got an emergency call out within 90 mins.
They gave me an xray which established I had a severe infection at the root of the offending tooth, I was given antibiotics and an appointment for surgery. Once the surgery was complete I was feeling great again within 24 hours.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the Berkley clinic is, from my consultation with Mike Gow to the surgery with Michelle Hickey to all the assistants and the aftercare phone calls from Allison I was kept fully informed and put at ease throughout.

No cake in the party bag though 🤣

My recent treatment by Mike Gow has been excellent ensuring that I can now smile again with confidence. I have been attending the Berkeley Clinic for over 10 years and have experienced the growth of what must be the most advanced dental clinic in Scotland if not the UK. Anyone wishing to find a dentist with the latest technology and experienced staff in all aspects of dental treatment should look no further. The cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic provide total reassurance, from the time you enter the clinic you become aware that the whole environment is different from any dental practice you may have visited before. I believe that no matter how complex your dental requirements might be you will find a solution here. I have recommended several friends to the clinic who have been totally satisfied with their treatment and have recommended others to the practice. I would like to say thank you to everyone from the dental receptionists, nurse’s hygienists and dentists who have provided my treatment in the most professional manner since attending the clinic.

Thank you to Mike Gow for a great painless repair to my front tooth. An invisible match to the surrounding tooth and minimally invasive...no local anaesthetic required ! Great job. I'm back to smiling again.

Just returned from my quarterly hygienist appointment with Carla and my twice a year check up with Mike.Thanks again for the patience shown by both professional's and the duty of care taken during my visit. I have been attending the Berkeley Clinic for 5 due to a referral by my own dentist 5 years ago as I had a severe gagging problem and needed treatment which would take time and patience. I have never looked back and attended all my appointments since after extensive treatment, Greg who done the major treatment was also very professional and attentive to my needs and I am so happy I went and will be continuing to do so. Very immaculate premises and decor so warming and relaxing.

I have attended this practice for around 9 years. I have had nothing but fully positive experiences. Mike Gow transformed my smile and helped me overcome my dental phobias. I had braces, crowns , veneers, fillings and root treatment. The practice are always streets ahead with their technology which makes any procedure much less daunting. There is even a new treatment now for cleaning teeth which is far less invasive. I don’t fear going to the dentist any more and that’s all down to Mike Gow and his team. I get a lot of compliments now about my nice straight , white teeth and I would never go to any other dentist.
Please ignore the negative feedback given lately . Someone has been cruelly targeting the clinic and the negative reviews are just not true.

My 14 year old son has been seeing Dr Gow due to needle anxiety. The Clinic has been very warm and welcoming and Dr Gow has taken time to explain to us exactly how his hypnotherapy techniques are designed to work. We both felt really at ease from the start. He is very calm and caring in his approach and we would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Greig carried out my dental treatment which included replacing my veneers and fitting an implant. I also had teeth whitening. I am truly delighted with the results. My teeth looks so natural. Greig and his team were amazing throughout the whole process, explaining each step and making me feel at ease. My whole family now attend The Berkeley Clinic. Highly recommended!!

I have had issues with my wisdom tooth for over a year now with no help from my local dentist. I went to the Berkeley clinic for a consultation with Greig and I am so delighted with the treatment I received.

First off, the entire staff make you feel so welcome and the clinic is very a relaxed environment. Greig is so professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and for 6 months my symptoms were managed with antibiotics and regular checkups. Eventually Greig made the decision to perform a Coronectomy which I had never heard of before but he went into great detail with me and showed me my x-rays and explained the whole procedure putting me at ease.

I was kept informed throughout the whole process so my anxiety was minimised and I was happy to go ahead.
I cannot thank Greig and the team at Berkeley enough for this experience, I now have no more issues with my wisdom tooth, the pain was very minimal and my follow up appointments have been just as relaxed and professional as before.

I have complete trust in Greig and his team and I encourage everyone to visit the Berkeley Clinic, you will not be disappointed.

Feb 2019. Was looking to have my 4 upper front teeth crowned and having read on BerkeleyClinioc.com that "the Berkeley Clinic is partnering with a highly professional in-house dental lab which allows us to deliver most services in a single visit including veneers, and crowns?" thought this was the way to go. Felt a bit deflated when they couldn't give me an examination for several weeks and was told this alone would cost £99.

Turned up for my examination and waited around 20 mins in their plush waiting room. Staff were very pleasant. Examination took around 40 mins and was carried out by Heather. She was very thorough and explained everything really well as she went along. I was disappointed to hear that the treatment would require 4 visits. I had expected 2, one for teeth whitening and the other for the crowns and fillings but the list showed 4 (teeth whitening £299, teeth preparation / temporary crowns £400, crowns £3,750 and finally 2 fillings £300 plus mouth guard £110). I expressed surprise that the latter three weren't all taking place on the same day but wasn't given any real explanation as to why not. I was pushed for time and told Heather I would look at the proposed treatment and the fine print of the 20% discount offer she had mentioned earlier once I got home. She told me someone would phone me later that day.

First thing I noticed was I was being charged twice for the same crown. It was very obvious and I don't think for a second it was deliberate (most likely down to a double click or auto-repeating key) but you'd think given the prices they're charging they'd be able to afford software that prevented this kind of error. Next I looked at the details of the 20% discount offer. It was one of those grubby insurance deals where you pay a £10 setup fee followed by a minimum payment of £24 a month. For this you get 2 check ups per year and 20% off any treatment provided you're still part of the scheme 12 months after the treatment has ended. In other words pay the insurance parasites a minimum of £322 to get 20% (£821.80) off the cost of treatment (£4109). I cannot be annoyed with this s**t. Everybody wants to be a double glazing salesman these days with their '50% off double the price' type deals.

One of the admins phoned later that day and I pointed out the £750 overcharge. I also asked if they would consider giving me a discount equal to 20% off minus the minimum I'd have to pay the insurers so I didn't have to get involved with them. She said she'd discuss it with the powers that be and get back to me. I also told her to cancel the fillings and mouth guard. I didn't see the point of paying £410 for something that would cost me ~£50 with an NHS dentist as I couldn't imagine what difference their "award winning expertise" would make to a simple filling.

They phoned back a few days later but it was to my wife's mobile number (I couldn't remember mine) and she told them to phone the landline number I had supplied. Three weeks on I'm still waiting. I feel I've wasted £99 and 2 hours of my time as a result of their false advertising.
