From start to finish the whole mattress buying experience was a pleasure. We were listened to, then given excellent advice, given the opportunity to try several mattresses for firmness and never felt any compulsion to buy. Timescale explained, delivery options discussed and all in a friendly but businesslike manner. Delivery made at time agreed. A really pleasant experience. The mattresses are great, the quality is superb, extremely comfortable and my wife and I both said that we are no longer suffering backache.

Highly recommended Bespoke Beds
We were recommended Bespoke Beds by a friend. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and we felt no pressure to buy. They make their own beds and mattresses. We liked one of their wooden frame beds, which was very well constructed and stylish. They were able to match the frame paint colour to our existing bedroom furniture.
We also ordered their hybrid cashmere mattress.
Order to delivery was quicker than expected.
Delivery was straightforward as was building the frame.
Communication with the company was excellent throughout.
The bed is very comfortable.
Highly recommended.

From the moment I went in to the shop to the day of delivery, everything was seamless.
Naz was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable about the types of beds and mattresses which would suit my personal needs.
On the day my bed arrived, Naz and his colleague got a mattress and divan bed in to a 3rd floor flat ,out of a small lift, then while carrying the mattress, asked
Shall we take our shoes off?
On entering the flat.
They took their shoes off while holding this heavy mattress!
Very professional, friendly, great communication and most of all they set the bed up. The bed is very comfortable too!

Excellent service
We’re very happy with our experience of buying from Bespoke Beds Of Oakwood Ltd. The 2 mattresses we bought are good quality and were reasonably priced. They were ready in the promised timescale and delivery was arranged to suit us. Naz even arranged for a local charity to collect the mattresses we no longer needed a few hours before the new ones arrived. I can’t remember the last time I got such good customer service.

A great bedside cabinet
The 3 drawer bedside cabinet I bought was excellently crafted and is strong and sturdy and goes well with my bed, they are both oak stained. I am very happy with the bedside cabinet I got.

Naz was very helpful and honest. We visited his showroom to choose beds for two of our bedrooms. There was plenty of choice on headboard styles as well as fabric. We were so impressed with the quality and choice on the flooring range, we ended up ordering the flooring for my daughter’s bedroom too. A fabulous hand made medium mattress with divan boasting 4 drawers. More storage space.

It has always been important to me to support local trades and businesses. To know that has been extended to be made with all natural fillings within the West Yorkshire area pleases me.
From order and deposit to delivery and set up, 4 weeks! Sooner than I could have expected. Removal of old bed was organised by the proprietor. I didn't have to worry about a thing.
The best part? Sleeping on my nice, new, hand made mattress for me was the first sleep. I felt honoured , thank you Bespoke Beds of Leeds, Oakwood, thank you all so very, very much.

The shop is well equipped with different quality mattresses and beds which customers are encouraged to try for suitability to their needs. Bespoke Ottoman Bed
We ordered a bespoke ottoman base and headboard from Naz, and the entire process was handled very professionally, from the initial consultation through to delivery. Naz listens to what you want and doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. He sent updates regularly throughout the manufacturing process too, and my bed was delivered ahead of the scheduled time. Needless to say, we're very happy with the end product. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
