Worst Customer Service
I visited Abraham Moss Leisure Center on 20/08/2026 and it became my WORST EXPERIENCE.
It was my first day and thank god I just bought single session not whole membership.
When I first arrived there, I was wearing a boxers which was just above my my knees. I was asked to leave the pool and get the swimmer shorts as the lady at the pool asked me to get the swimmer shorts cause there are are children in the pool. I PAID £29.99 just to get the swimmer shorts so I can get back in the pool.
Funny part is when I got back to the swimming pool, there were so mamy men who were wearing proper small underwear like skinniest one. She didn't say anything to them.
I'd give them 0 stars and honestly I really wanted to complain about her to the management, but I'm never coming back to this place so its not worth it. Of course I'm not gonna get my money back that I wasted but yes god is watching.
Money is not a problem, it is the race, equality and customer service that matters.

Positive is it has a ladies separate…
Positive is it has a ladies separate gym but not happy with the cleaners as there is never tissue available to wipe down equipment, machines for hygiene reasons. There’s not enough treadmills for ladies gym section and school bookings need to have fixed timing as it disturbs ladies in the gym section having to leave mid-way. Very disappointing as unable to organise our day and for those using public transport makes it even harder

Excellent facility and staff
Excellent facility and staff. Really enjoy visiting Abraham moss. Both my sons are having swimming lessons, despite being nervous at the start they now absolutely love going and look forward to visiting every week.

Women concerns - pool changing rooms and sauna
For a gym in one of the biggest Muslim communities, it needs more women only steam room and sauna and swimming sessions or a separate room where woman only can access all week. Would be better to have gender separated pool changing rooms as well, it’s very uncomfortable having so many men around. Would be better if there was more than 2 pool changing showers as I’ve seen men washing their privates and having full showers (even with swimming shorts it’s disgusting watch men putting their hands down there in public due to the lack of private showers) in steam and sauna room, very uncomfortable and unhygienic.
