Great staff and facilities
I’ve really enjoyed my experience with you so far. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. I have had a lot of questions and the staff have always had time to answer any small query I have. I love the gym and really happy with the level of support I get for my membership. I keep finding out about more classes and extras you have! I haven’t been a member long but I’m recommending you to everyone I talk to. I’m hoping to build a fitter, happier me.

I loved my experience at the sports centre, the cleanliness was very good and was pleased with the help I had from the amazing lifeguards, especially Cameron and Nathaniel!!! Keep it up guys!

Everyone was very welcoming and…
Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The whole building was very clean and I didnt have any complaints. I needed some assistance and the lifeguards were very helpful.

Great Outing
Centre was really clean and well organised. Staff were fantastic and my family loved te puttify, really great value and super interactive Bowling was fun too and the staff were amazing

New kit is amazing!

Noisy Puttify
My children regularly attend swimming classes and I am member of the gym.
My feedback is with regards to Puttify, which I had not booked before.
We booked for 2 groups of 6 children and the noise was unbearable, despite no other users during our stay. Our smart devices kept flagging unsafe dB levels. It is unlikely that the space complies with the relevant BS requirements.
I'd suggest they implement acoustic panels on walls/ceilings, as there is no acoustic treatment at all and all is hard surfaces. There are cheap solutions available in the market which would help make this a more enjoyable experience. The game itself is fun and engaging, both for friends and family. We'd give it a go again for either, but only if the noise issue is resolved.

You really must choose your time of day…
You really must choose your time of day to attend but I love the open space at the Bath Sports Centre, the anonymity that I can have. I just go and get on with my thing. There are great groups, like Women’s Strength, which helps women build knowledge of how to use free weights. The classes are great, but often rather full. Early in the morning is my favourite time. Cool and calm in the gym. The staff are often a little distracted, but when you ned someone there is always a person around.

Amazing swimming teacher
Cleanliness is still a big issue at this centre. Mould on changing tables and in showers. Walls not cleaned probably just hosed. Bottom of the small pool is very dirty.

Good value for money
Good value for money, friendly staff, spacious gym and pool.
Despite this being one of the few pools in Bath however there is a lack of aqua aerobics classes. It would be great if some could be scheduled during evenings/weekends so that people working Monday-Friday can attend.
