I try chose times when it’s not so busy…
I try chose times when it’s not so busy and not filled with younger people just sitting on machines looking at their phones ☎️ rather than actually doing some exercise can be a little frustrating as they block machines that others could be using ,coming up to the age of 65 I know how important it is to try and keep for as we are and having a facility like this here in Bath really helps… It would be nice to have access to the water spout which is not working for those who don’t carry a bottle..

I am writing this review solely because of the instructors who have made a real difference in my training journey.
Siobhain was my very first class — Dance Fit — and she is truly the reason I stayed. From day one, her energy was magnetic, her choreography uplifting, and her encouragement completely genuine. Dance Fit with her is more than cardio; it’s therapy in motion. It has become a pillar of my psychological balance each week. No matter how I walk in, I leave lighter, clearer, and stronger.
Emily brings incredible intensity and focus to every session. Her Combat classes are powerful, empowering, and essential for my mental balance. Combat with Emily gives me strength, release, and clarity — it is another key pillar of my psychological wellbeing. Her Power Pump and Functional Fitness sessions are equally motivating; she pushes you to discover resilience you didn’t know you had.
Ema is the reason my Mondays begin with strength instead of hesitation. Her Power Pump and Core sessions are structured, intelligent, and deeply effective. Because of her, my lower back feels stronger and supported — she has helped build the foundation that quite literally keeps me upright and stable.
And then there is Anna. Through Personal Training, Pilates, yoga, and lifting for women, she has been instrumental in my recovery and growth. With her guidance, I was able to run again and return to dance movements I genuinely believed I would never do again. She combines knowledge, precision, and care in a way that makes you feel safe while still challenging you to grow. She didn’t just train my body — she restored my confidence in it.
Each of them brings something unique, but together they create something exceptional.
They deserve recognition for the work they do.

A bit grubby
Changing rooms are getting a bit grubby, despite being revamped a few years ago. Not cleaned behind cubicle doors, stickers on the benches, crumbs from kids snacks during family swims. The shower I was in today and green liquid splashed all over the door.
