Not enough casual swim time…
There is not enough casual swim at the local pools. Too much emphasis is placed on lane swimming and fitness rather than just chilling in the pool with friends. Maybe splitting the pool into a 3 or even 2 lane width would make it more usable for casual relaxing swim without the hustle of other swimmers pushing you to keep moving. Best of both achieved by a small change of simply removing one or two lane ropes.

I have the student membership
I have the student membership, I thought I’d try it out this month and see if it was worth it and if I’d use it enough. It’s fantastic! I save so much money! The facilities are great! I love to go swimming and use the cold plunge and sauna!
I will definitely be getting the membership again when I start the new academic year!

Despite positive staff
Despite positive staff, the place is standard. What put me off was some couple being affectionate in the sauna and a man coughing over me in there too. Not my vibe being 8 in a sweaty sauna and man groping his wife.

I had a very informative induction session with Ben. I have used the gym the way he suggested. I have done a lbt class as well I also have 2 Zumba classes booked. It’s very convenient to get to by bus

Very dirty place
Very dirty place, staff saying that they closed the steam room during the day for a cleaning, but the glass doors never been cleaned it looks disgusting, staff never smile it looks like they there working voluntary

Very poor customer service
Was charged a fine for not attending a class which I had actually attended but the automated gates didn’t register me. After I contacted the helpdesk I was told it had been resolved but it’s not and now I can’t book anything via the app.

The fitness instructors and the classes that they run are fantastic. They listen to to the customers and implement requests. I love the vibe when attending the gym and classes. I’ve made so many friends over the years through being a member. Wonderful place to build connections, get motivated and get fit!!

Puttify was great fun for kids and adults

The facility literally has everything…
The facility literally has everything you need from freat classes which feel friendly and supportive. It has a great pool and options for socialising with bowling and now Puttify as well. Staff are friendly and helpful!
