Amazing swim teachers.
Absolutely fantastic SEND swimming classes, Mae is amazing with my son providing a no pressure and play based swim lesson, Mae just gets it and is so knowledgeable. My son wanted to go back the next day after his swim lesson which speaks volumes. My son has also done 1 to 1 sessions with Elise and Gemma and I couldn't recommend the team enough.

Wondeful swim school
Wondeful swim school, the teachers are friendly, patient and build the children’s confidence in themselves.
Since starting Hatfield Swim School just a few weeks ago, my son has swam independently for the first time and we are so proud of him. He has found learning to swim really challenging and spent 2 years at another swim school without much progress, but Hatfield has worked so well for him.
We look forward to sending our younger sons soon!

Jacuzzi not working. That’s always problem in this swimming pool. You pay a lot of money and you don’t get what you actually pay for.

Booked an induction for gym
Booked an induction for gym, which was cancelled due to 'timetable changes' and cannot rebook for over a week, I don't know how to access the area yet so I don't want to sign a waiver and get lost etc, this is wasting half a month of the membership I've paid for, up front.

Hatfield swimming pool
Had a disappointing swimming experience today. The free swim area was overcrowded with around 10 people in a 5x4 meter space. Meanwhile, the rest of the pool was taken up with swimming lessons, with only 2 people per lesson. The lane swim was also closed off for lessons with just 2 people. It felt like the pool was more focused on lessons than accommodating general swimmers. Hopefully, you can review the pool's capacity and scheduling to provide a better experience for all.
