Crowded pool
The over60s swim is over subscribed. The pool is very crowded . I enjoy seeing regular swimmers there and the staff are very helpful . We just need more over 60s sessions.

Friendly team at Morden leisure
The company Better at Morden leisure are a friendly bunch of people. Nothing is too much always there to help you enjoy your gym experience. Changing rooms are an ongoing need of a deep clean and one shower has been out for repair for months. Fitness instructors for aqua are the best. Great work outs to music. Lovely friendly coffee bar to share experiences with friends after your exercise.

Swimming Lessons
I attended swimming lessons for the first time with my twin daughters. They were really nervous and the swimming teacher and manager of the swimming school could not have been kinder. They both went out of their way to make my children feel comfortable and I am really grateful for their genuine kindness. I would recommend Morden swimming lessons to everyone after this experience. I really can’t praise them enough!

Very clean facilities
The whole centre in particular the changing facilities are all kept very clean, and the staff are all very cheerful and helpful.

Only really really shame that Morden Better doesn't have sauna. Would be lovely to have a small one at least.
Also - swimming lanes. Maybe would be nice if staff could control the lanes, as sometimes people who more improved swims together at the slow lane.

Showers are not designed for tall…
Showers are not designed for tall people they are not very high . Plus if you’re only going to have one leg extension machine at least make sure it’s working . Larger area for stretching would be good . On the whole very clean .

Decent Little Gym
Pretty good gym, very welcoming and lots of machines available. Weightlifting area is the main attraction and nearly always full but a good little range for basic needs. Staff are friendly, needs to be someone on the walk in counter at all times and you do have to wait a bit to be seen or speak to someone about an enquiry. Changing rooms are a little more disappointing but have basics again; lockers, showers, one hair dryer that works, toilets etc. toilets could be more hygienic but fine other wise. Studio room is lovely, strobe lights and 4 surround sound speakers, brilliant for classes. Swimming is always booked out for kids lessons so hard to get a slot. Would be nice if there was a sauna in the gym changing rooms or even swimming room, feels like would be a good touch especially after a long gym session. Opening and closing times should be a little more expandable but other wise pretty good. Memberships price I think is a little over priced just because you don't get that many services but fairly priced as you do get free classes and help from the PT there

We understand the challenges with the swimming slots and the desire for more amenities like a sauna. Those are great suggestions, and we’ll consider them for future improvements. As for the membership pricing, we aim to provide great value with our free classes and personal training support, but we’re always looking for ways to offer more.

I had a full hour induction session with Mr. George from Better Gym at Morden Leisure Centre. He was a fantastic trainer who guided me through my fitness goals, frequency of visits, and created a personalized workout plan based on my preferences and comfort level. He is truly a skilled professional trainer.
