Nicky is super nice.
Nicky on reception helped to book my class for swimming after all online options and customer service failed. I have now been twice and each time I go she welcomes me with a smile and asks me how my day at school was and if I am looking forward to swimming.

I've quit and rejoined rhe gym several times. The big reason for thus is the staff are inconsistent in turning on air con. Literally the gym becomes a unwanted sauna when its not on but more often then not its left off. Today its on an great we shall see tommorrow

I staff are friendly and professional at both sites I use. They are supportive when handling issues which is useful for people with disability issues like myself
The facilities could benefit from more general deep cleaning of changing facilities and quick response to repairs to steam and sauna. The general public also have to accept responsibility for hygiene and equipment by following policies and guidelines.

Really enjoy the gym
Really enjoy the gym. The classes are a bit too low intensity for me and parking can be a real issue which can put you off going. Think it will only get worse with the new diagnostic Centre being built next door.

Really helped my little boy who was not water confident
Booked my 6 yr old for swimming lessons. He was very nervous as not very confident in the water. After 30 mins with Lucy he was independently swimming with his legs, with noodles round his chest, which he NEVER would have done prior to the lesson. Lucy was so calm and lovely, and the lady at the front desk was so welcoming and kind. My son Ambrose cannot wait for his next lesson now which is so lovely to see when he started out so nervous.

Friendly front desk but poor facilities
Joined the gym last Thursday as it was the most local facility since moving homes and although I was greeted by the front desk who was also very helpful, the gym facilities was poor. Limited and dated equipment , machines not working and with only 12 people in the gym it felt cramped. Had a terrible workout and cancelled my membership during my workout - of which I had only just signed up for earlier that day . Toilet facilities in male change also dirty and not cleaned

Pump with Aurora at New Addington on Friday 10 30.
She is a brilliant teacher, focused on techniques rather than 'loading up'. I've been doing pump over 3 yrs, and l learnt lots of useful tips. Please can she do a Croydon class.

Out of the kindness of her heart, Kim offered to show me around the facility and gave me a fantastic offer I couldn’t refuse. The staff here really go above and beyond. The gym has a great selection of equipment to use and can easily get a good workout in. The pool is beautiful. Clean and tidy. Much better than David Lloyd purleys. The life guard lady (didn’t catch her name sorry), was very kind and friendly, answered all my questions A++. Iv already recommended to a couple friends to come and try this centre as we usually train elsewhere. Comparing to other gyms, the price is far too cheap so it’s nice that whoever manages this place clearly cares about the community. Well done and very impressed.
