Great place, very clean (very very clean) the staff are all so helpful, from the guys on reception to the guys giving swimming lessons. My 10 year old went from 0 water confidence to note swimming for the county with a team. So impressed. I also use fitness classes and cannot fault the efficiency of the booking system and staff

Membership frustration
Was feeling frustrated as my membership was showing expired whilst my uploaded documentation showed pending. I could not book any sessions.
New Addington staff (sorry I forgot your name) directed me to the customer service (very grateful).
Kaisha, customer service was very patient and helpful. She talked me through the process which had changed!! But I was able to restart my membership.
Frustration turned into gratitude. Thanks to both ladies 😍

Swimming lesson
It was my granddaughter, Ava's, first swimming lesson with you, and she thoroughly enjoyed it the changing room area and facilities were all clean and looked after. Everything was very well organised and ran on time. There was plenty of free parking too, which is unheard of these days.

The main customer service team (01689 842553) useless and unhelpful ! Any chance of a direct number for the actual leisure center rather than having to deal with people who clearly don't want to be in the job role there in. I have received a leaflet for swimming lesson's this morning which i'd like to book, this includes a discount code which i was questioned on, again not very friendly in terms of customer service, i have better things to do than lie about a discount code. Maybe as a blanket rule BETTER Addington should make all teams aware of codes there putting out there rather than the CS team leaving new potential customers feeling as if there trying to pull a fast one. ======================= UPDATE New Addington just called me from the email i sent , lovely staff very helpful - HO take note maybe your team could get a few tips from the NA leisure center staff!

A good experience, will return regularly
Staff were helpful and respectful of my effort to improve my health. This has inspired me to want to return and persevere. The sports centre was clean and well staffed. I like that there is lane swimming for fitness as it is tricky to swim properly without lanes.

Don’t get me wrong
Don’t get me wrong - Pool staff and facilities are great. I had lots of software issues getting my App/membership working - 2 weeks before it was all working and I could book! Very frustrating but we got there in the end.
When you give a date for your membership to start give a few days, I was enthusiastic and opted for next day! So 2 weeks paid for nothing. The IT process should have been easy pity it wasn’t as efficient as the Direct Debit
Pool is great, free parking and fantastic facilities. Staff very helpful and understanding Thank you all
