Out of the kindness of her heart, Kim offered to show me around the facility and gave me a fantastic offer I couldn’t refuse. The staff here really go above and beyond. The gym has a great selection of equipment to use and can easily get a good workout in. The pool is beautiful. Clean and tidy. Much better than David Lloyd purleys. The life guard lady (didn’t catch her name sorry), was very kind and friendly, answered all my questions A++. Iv already recommended to a couple friends to come and try this centre as we usually train elsewhere. Comparing to other gyms, the price is far too cheap so it’s nice that whoever manages this place clearly cares about the community. Well done and very impressed.

A great centre with very helpful staff , especially reception. Well maintained, clean pool and changing rooms. I have had a couple if good classes , more day classes would be nice.

Nicky on reception has always been…
Nicky on reception has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. She greets everyone and is very keen to help.
Fantastic to see some of the rubbish in and around the front car parks is being cleared away.
All we need now is a little coffee counter. Even a self-service coffee machine would be great.

A great welcome back
I am a member here but have been unable to attend for the last three months due to post surgery issues. I returned today for the first time and found the staff especially Nikki on reception really helpful and welcoming.

An excellent facility
As a reluctant gym goer, this Leisure centre has been a revelation. Lots of equipment, lots of space and best of all, it has a great atmosphere!
Speaking of which, all the staff here are very friendly and encouraging, particularly Nicky who always welcomes you with a smile.
Doing the Health Wise assessment then joining the gym was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

Great place to work out.
I love going to Addington Leisure Centre, I find the place well kept and cleaned regularly. There is a variety of classes for all to attend with friendly coaches to help and encourage you on your journey. The centres staff are lovely, in particular the concierge Nicky she has always made me feel welcomed whenever I attend. Addington Leisure Centre is a great place to work out and make new friends.

Friendly and helpful staff
Nicky, who works on the entrance desk, is always very welcoming and helpful. She is always happy and eager to help however she can. Stevie, one of the life guards, is always friendly and attentive to our needs. My twins love seeing her as she always makes then feel at ease and this has lead to a great learning environment for their swimming.

My daughter attends swimming lessons at NA leisure centre and the staff are always helpful and available to assist if there's any problems. Lauren is particularly helpful when we've had questions about change of classes or lost property. I'm sure she's a valued member of their team.
