The atmosphere here is very welcoming and inviting because the staff are always helpful and always go an extra mile with any issues I may have. I always feel comfortable at Swiss Cottage leisure centre, and new gym has great new equipment which gives an extra motivation. :)

Swiss Cottage gym is a great place to build healthy mindset, fantastic for your general wellbeing. A social place full of friendly members from all backgrounds and ages. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The class instructors (PT) are on another level. They are passionate about what they deliver, so they are passionate in helping everyone, get to their full potential. I am a regular member of this gym for many years.

I signed up for a membership at swiss cottage leisure centre today. I was greeted by a guy at reception from the beginning to the end of my tour he was very professional and the way he answered all my questions patiently I was really impressed with the customer service. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a new gym to join. The gym is spacious, pool is clean most importantly changing room looks very clean too.

The staff and instructors are amazing, but the management is not good. Equipment is not properly maintained, there is constant issues with air conditioning, and communication is bad.

Staff Good but Safe Spaces Threatened
Generally staff are brilliant. I had recent severe problems with poor supervision of the pool and associated changing facilities particularly around men (usually fathers) invading women's safety spaces rather than using the family facilities. I understand this remains an issue and needs strict direction.
