First swimming lesson
It's hard to comment as it was Isabellas first time at the queen jubilee centre rugby, but she was made very welcome and the swimming teacher was good

Swimming lessons are ok but portal and…
Swimming lessons are ok but portal and cancelation process is nightmare . You can't cancel in place ( staff send you to website or app ) , you can't cancel by website or app there is no option there, you can't cancel by call because they inform you to manage by website and disconnect. Email received form staff is returning as wrong. One big joke
