My item was delivered quickly. I contacted BHS to check a couple of things about delivery and they were very helpful. I would purchase from this company again.

Once again purchased item only to be told item not available. Second time this has happened, why are you advertising products you cannot supply. You are just wasting everybody’s time …..

Didn’t have items in stock and took weeks to advise me of this………no doubt they will respond to this negative review claiming that they have no record of my purchase!

It actually took in excess of 5 days simply to ask me what style of levers I would like on the shower valve…….

Sounds like the admin and record keeping is as bad as the service

Ordered a Corran bath and panel, got a little worried when the Corran website didn’t have this business listed as distributor of their product but the item was in stock as listed and the items were delivered within about a week, my communication was answered promptly and the courier firm were very responsive and agreed convenient delivery time, the delivery driver allowed me time to check items for any discrepancies on delivery, all together very satisfied and would recommend.

Tried to purchase a bath panel. After purchasing got an email saying as it was "fragile" you wanted an extra £60 delivery charge ..... never heard as much rubbish in my life.
Sourced one locally and collected it in my car. No cost.

Brilliant company to deal with. I contacted them on a couple of occasions after I placed my order and both times they couldn’t have been more helpful. Delivery was quick and customer service was first class. I would definitely order from them again.

Poor communication all round after order placed, goods dispatched later than expected, and later than indicated on website. No prior contact from delivery company as to when goods would be delivered, despite being advised this would happen. Delivery driver did not want to wait for goods to be inspected, and provided no documentation or ability to record state of the goods received.

Excellent service combined with a very competitive price, makes for a satisfying purchase of a high end Bathroom Cabinet.

Two seats were delivered broken, but no fault of BHS. They pursued the matter to eventually get us a satisfactory seat.

I found the correct heating element for my dual fuel towel radiator. It arrived quickly and in full working order. It was cheaper than other suppliers, so all good.

We ordered a HIB glass bathroom cabinet which arrived promptly and well packaged.

The item arrived promptly and is a wonderful addition to our new bathroom. Love all the features on it

Recently purchased a Tavistock Mixer Tap for the bathroom. During the pre delivery stage the Customer services department responded very quickly to my delivery status queries. The product arrived on time in good condition and is performing well.
Highly recommended.

Minor kink on ordering with new credit card payment system, helpfully sorted over phone by cheerful and efficient staff. Order delivered as promised and Roper Rhodes Limit cabinets look great on wall and were easy to fit.
