Extremely fast service. I got my order in less than 2 weeks! And, everything was packaged so nicely. Nothing was bent!

Ordered 4 bookmarks and a passport cover. All 4 bookmarks are missing the same objects. Several emails with pictures sent to no avail. At first they said they would contact the manufacturer. Months later the are saying I got all the parts. I cannot complete the projects with what I have. Do not order from this company!

I expected to receive my diamond art in 25 days instead it came in less than 2 weeks. The fastest I've ever gotten from China. They are polite and prices are good. Thank you so much. I'll be shopping with you for a long time...

I was very upset when I did not receive my order. After contacting company they were wonderful at replacing my order. They were great to work. So easy and very polite in all contacts. Really great and will definitely order from them again.

My first order was incorrectly stamped by the people who put the dd paintings together. Biganydeals were very helpful and checked my next order before it was dispatched. Very happy with outcome.

I received my 1st order was about 2 weeks A friend of mine gave me my 1st diamond Project So I want to try some more and I see some really cool ones so I got some I messed up quite a bit on my what I started doing it had to take him off and start over I hope I didn't lose any of the diamonds for what I need him for the other part My only issue is wish I could see the number better on some of the projects it's hard to tell which one it is

I ordered the first time my biggest DP and received it with in 2 weeks, their Customer support is A+. And when I received my order it was a nice surprise to find that all the diamonds where already numbered and in their own zip lock baggies. The Canvas was great. So I will be ordering my DP from Biganydeals from now on. Thank you. :)

when i ordered the first time i got a partial order and they are very good at working with you. although i am still waiting for the missing item . My second order was complete and they are very good at communicating with me through out my transaction.
