i have waited since feb for my products .was told it was delivered march 12 where i dont know been taken for 48.00 live and learn

I bought a custom diamond painting and I first opened it I was missing a colour. Then I work on my diamond painting and finished everything I could I did not have enough colours to finish and now they won’t send the drills that I am missing so I have an unfinished diamond painting so be cautious when ordering from here they will give a hard time when you ask for something you payed for

I love Biganydeals!! They always send wonderful products that I order!! I just wish the time frame was a little faster......but since I live in the US I understand it takes time to get to me. Always everything I order and in great condition!!!! I will definitely continue to buy from them!!!

I just got a reguest to do a review for biganydeals I have been doing business with this company for awhile now. Have always received my order with no problem unfortunately the shipping costs are getting to expensive 😞😞 but I really do like the product

4th order arrived. all orders were correct and timely. i always donate the 5th (free) diamond painting to the senior center. when finished they raffle them at the craft fair to make money for their trips.

I placed an order several months ago, and when I got around to doing it I found out it was short on some rhinestones. Most annoying but things happen.
I sent an email explaining what happened. I got a quick response letting me know that the missing rhinestones would be shipped out no hassle.
It took a few weeks and they arrived. The picture is now hanging on my wall.
Now to decide what pictures to order.

I ordered the special offer 'Buy 4, get 1 free'. I picked out the 5 pictures that I WANTED and placed my order, added my CC and sent it in. I received my order, I thought. When I opened it, I found 4 (FOUR) pictures that were all white background with the coding for the colors of diamonds. I could Not see what the pictures were. After completing all of them, NONE were anything I ordered nor anything I would have ordered! Plus, I Never received the Free picture! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PICTURE FROM THIS COMPANY! A total waste of my SSI money!

I placed an order in Nov and still haven't received it. Tracking it they told me that it was already delivered to my address. They won't give me anymore info, no tracking number so I can't even try to find it. They won't even answer my e-mails. They were pretty fast at taking my money though. I'm starting to believe this site likes to scam people.

I have been ordering from Biganydeals for a couple of years. Receive orders in a timely matter, I was short some of the drill on one painting, so I emailed them an in a few weeks I received the drills. Very good customer service!!!!!

I have never had issues and I have bought MANY paintings.

My diamond painting was short on one colour of drills. I contacted the company and they sent the drills out! They even made sure I didn't need any other colours before they sent the drills. I received them within a reasonable time, considering where they came from, and now I can finish my project. Thank you for the great customer service!
