They all have been very professional and polite, they explained everything, I didn't have to ask, all the informations were very helpful. The other thing is, before I bought the car, I have done my research and this company had the best prices!
I would recommend it 100%.

AVOID!!!!!!
Paid a deposit… Rang to see if car arrived at garage closer to home which was promised and 2pm pick up appointment was given. To be told it had been cancelled with no one ringing to inform me. When trying to find out what happened let’s just say I spoke to multiple people in head office with absolutely appalling customer service skills. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

Left waiting far too long, and a few customers were getting agitated waiting to collect the vehicles.
The warranty was ridiculous, as we were told the 3-month warranty meant going to Kent... given the showroom is in the West Midlands, we didn't even bother registering the warranty.
Good display of cars, but the service has put me off, struggling to explain how bad it was....

I purchased a car from Big Motoring World four weeks ago and have faced continuous issues since the dashboard warning light appeared the day after I bought it. The “Big Assist” service has been anything but helpful.
Despite being told I could use any VAT‑registered garage, several refused to deal with the warranty company. I ended up making five visits to three different garages, receiving wildly inconsistent diagnoses — including one garage (booked by the warranty company) claiming I needed a brand‑new EV battery, which is now being reported for poor conduct.
After repeated calls with both the warranty provider and Big Motoring World, and only after I raised the possibility of returning the vehicle within my 30‑day statutory rights, I was told they were entitled to a full inspection — yet they asked me to arrange it myself, with only two days left in the return window.
The manufacturer was the only party willing to carry out a full diagnostic report, and the earliest appointment available is 21 July, just three weeks before the warranty expires. During that call, I was also informed of a manufacturer recall on the vehicle — something Big Motoring World failed to disclose at the point of sale.
Customer service throughout has been extremely poor. Not once has anyone returned a call, despite multiple requests.
Based on my experience, once the sale is complete, Big Motoring World shows little interest in supporting customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Right from start Immar was very helpful answered all our questions. Explained where to find the models of the cars we wanted to look at. Was very patient with us when the car we chose was the furthest away that it could be and blocked in by 3 others. He was very helpful with the paperwork and explained all the extras fully but did not exert pressure. All the other staff were pleasant and friendly. We would recommend Cannock branch to everyone looking to change a vehicle plenty of choice and good quality. We have driven away exceedingly happy with our new car.

After looking over an Audi A4 Avant and going for a test drive we were eager to complete the purchase. We had previously informed the company that we would be cash buyers and had no interest in their finance arrangements. We were subjected to the worst browbeating of our lives by a sales agent who was absolutely insistent on selling us add ons which we had no interest in buying and eventually had to leave without buying the car, A shame, but it seems that the advertised price is just a loss leader to pressure sell unwanted add ons.

I’ve recently purchased a vehicle from the Cannock branch, Peugeot e2008 on 9th May. Buying the vehicle was an easy task, they didn’t mess about at all. However, the after care has not been satisfactory. When driving the vehicle home I noticed the tracking was slightly pulling to the right, so I immediately informed the dealership that day. I was then told to send it to an RAC approved garage who would fix this under the warranty. This was not the case, tracking is not covered and I was charged £78 for the use of a diagnostic tool. I have then complained to the dealership about this, and they have since agreed to pay the £78 back, and also said they would arrange to have the vehicle taken to one of their internal garages to be fixed. I am currently waiting for the £78 clear in my bank account which could take 14 days and I am yet to receive a call back from the garage to arrange for my car to be fixed, it’s been over a week since they agreed to this and I have emailed twice for an update with no reply.
I don’t think I have asked for much, fixing a small tracking issue for a garage is not a big issue, my concern is the longer I leave the tracking the more likely I will need to replace the tyres. This should not be on me. Also to add, they have had no trouble taking the first monthly instalment for the car. Here are my reference numbers given to me from the help desk - 733164 - 748334 - 753093.
I can see the reply from big motoring world. I do appreciate you are reimbursing the £78. However, I did report the issue the day I bought the vehicle, none of the onus is on me to provide any paperwork, diagnostic documentation or quotes for the repair of the tracking issue, the garage didn’t provide these to me. Also, when I was told the dealership would organise this repair I was not advised to provide any paperwork at the time. This is a simple fix for the garage.

Awful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Me & my partner visited here after seeing a car we liked online. Told the staff we were interested so we sat down and they were pushing there finance on us (even though we told them we we're cash buyers) and then they tried pushing there extended warranty on us I think it was 3 years for £2,000 which i declined and at that moment the 'advisor' stood up and walked off! Got no commission from the sale or extended warranty so he wasn't interested. How disgusting to behave like that. We have took our business to Nissan dealership directly. You should be ashamed. Your disgusting behaviour lost you the sale as we were ready to buy the car there and then and you got up and left us sat at the desk! If that's how you treat customers we wont be stepping foot in your stores ever again.

During purchase I noted last mot showed a n oil leak I asked to check and was assured it wasn’t a problem and that they found no leak on the 200 point inspection, outcome was that the leak was still there and was a very bad one it took me 2 weeks of constant calls to get someone to sort this and 4 advisers from big assist and 2 garage visits and my time and effort to fix, outcome be very cautious of what you buy warranty is not what it seems and no offer of any compensation as I had such poor experience, cannot rate this company

Terrible company, don’t bother unless you have all day to buy and another day collect your car.
Purchased a car from Cannock branch
Beware of the additional extras they try to sell you ours were 3.5K absolutely ridiculous. We declined after they tried several times to give us a deal!
Problems with booking the collection, which took 4.5 hours on the day because
The car wasn’t ready hadn’t been washed, invoice was wrong, it needed the V5 taking to the local post office by us, an MOT and the scratches removing which had been agreed at the sale.
Credit to Kerry in handover and Christian in finance who were professional and kept us informed.
I would advise to use a local dealership who actually care about you as a customer rather than as a number.

I booked a test drive and the car wasn't ready even though I booked the test drive 2 days prior. The sales person had to move 6 cars to get my car out taking a good 20 minutes of waiting. The drive itself went well (ish) albeit only being for under 5 minutes of driving. The car was a hybrid, however the EV charge wasn't topped up for the test drive? Main reason for a hybrid car is for a mix of both fuel and electric, so I could not test this whatsoever during my test drive?
Went back inside to discuss finance, told the advisor I'm not part exchanging (as I was sorting it out myself). Went trough finance options (apparently online you can chose £0 deposit, but this advisor time me it had to be a £300 deposit?) After searching, the finance options weren't good at all. The advisor told me to "bear with" him whilst he check out why the finance quotes weren't any good. After 5 minutes he came back, did NOT sit down, STOOD there and told me 18.9% APR was the best they could do. Before I could even ask him what monthly price this would be, he thanked me for my time and walked off.
I left extremely unpleased.
Determined that this was 'the' car, I took it to myself to source my own financing.
Using a company called Capital Car Finance (who have absolutely outstanding customer service I must add) they managed to get me a deal at 12.9% APR with the same lender Big Motoring World could only get 18.9% with. I went through with this deal.
I went back to Big Motoring World to tell them the situation. Onto my third sales person now, he was kind and helpful. Brought the car around for me to view again, then causally asked me about my third party financing. When I told him the lender and the APR he was adamant they could beat it. Went away to come back and say they can't beat 12.9% for me, even though it was the same lender I had used.
We then went back inside. We went over to the 'optional extras' part, alloy protection, bodywork special paint etc etc. I politely declined as I personally don't believe in these things.
We sat down and discussed extended warranty (every car has standard 3 month warranty, however you can pay extra to extend this). This is where I felt we finally hit rock bottom. The advisor couldn't understand why I didn't want an extended warranty, after 5 minutes of me rejecting his offer, he walked off to get backup.
Another advisor joined the table, started with pleasant chit-chat "what are your hobbies?" etc. Then started to tell me that getting extended warranty was a good idea, after rejecting the offer another couple more times, he then started telling me how unreliable the car I was purchasing was, to the point it was clear he was begging me to buy the extended warranty. "The car will inevitably break down, MULTIPLE times", "You're going to be hit with so many costly bills!!!". He wouldn't take no for an answer whatsoever. It genuinely started to become embarrassing. Even to the point he pulled out his phone, and had to show me a picture of his "V8 Range Rover on the back of a pick up truck as it wouldn't start".
Genuinely all I could think was it was ONLY about commission, not one part of me felt like either advisor was thinking about customer service at all. I got the financing from a 3rd party and not through the dealer, no commission for Big Motoring World. I didn't purchase any car protection, no commission for Big Motoring World, then it all came down to the extended warranty. Begging me so they could get some commission. After 20 good minutes the advisor finally gave up and left me alone.
Defeated the original advisor told me the finance team will send me a link to pay my deposit and I'm "good to leave" and he walked off and just left me there? I received a text to pay a £500 deposit, despite me telling them it should be £300. I then had to get up and go searching for this advisor who ran off, to which I was told that the deposit was £500. I had to explain that the finance deal had been signed, so how could I pay a different deposit to what I had previously agreed and signed. He then went and spoke to the finance team, called to me from across the room that I'll receive another link, and wondered back off.
Finally got the correct deposit link, paid and walked away.
Collection of my car wasn't the best either, went to reception who told me to go to the far room and find a seat. Sitting waiting for 20 minutes without anyone coming over. Finally an advisor came, got me to sign documents, he was clearly unbothered. Looking around the room, rushing through the documents. He then walked off. Another 20 minutes passed before yet ANOTHER advisor came and called us into the far back office. Going through tax and final documents.
The final advisor was nice and informative, but this did not change my overall experience of Big Motoring World Cannock.
