Very bad customer experience. No proper demo was given before handing over the car. I had to visit twice and spend 6–7 hours each time just to complete the process.
The staff showed very little interest in helping and no one seemed bothered about customer service. Overall, it felt unorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I completed a valuation online for a Chery as a part exchange, we drove 4 hours to part exchange the car to be told when we were there and say for an additional hour that they won’t take the car as they don’t seen them. We wasted a whole day on this trip and were very disappointed with the service we had. We were told that the part exchange tool is automated. I’m not buying it. If they don’t buy the car then they shouldn’t offer up a quote. Very unhappy and will not be using them ever again!

Good experience. Took a bit long. But all in all, no issues. A lot of up-selling, but I guess it's all a part of it. Thanks to Mehmet and the lady at the reception, where we picked up our car.

I had a HORRIFIC experience at Big Motoring World. From the moment I arrived, I was subjected to intense, aggressive high-pressure selling regarding extended warranties, tire/rim insurance, paint protection, and interior treatments for the upholstery.
The staff rushed every single conversation, forcing me to make split-second decisions.
The finance quote was intentionally confusing, with staff constantly reminding me they were "doing me a favor." They also insulted me by valuing my trade-in car at just £700, despite its clear online market value being around £2,500.
When I turned down their finance and extras that they were trying to upsell, the staff became visibly upset, hostile, and unhelpful. They refused to let me pay with a credit card or split the payment between two accounts, and used "now or never" scare tactics regarding the warranty.
To make matters worse, after I paid, I was forced to wait for the car to be "cleaned". It was delivered to me filthier than it was during the test drive done before.
The seats were soaking wet and heavily perfumed to mask a foul smell. After a 3-hour drive home, the perfume wore off, leaving a horrific odor. Now that the upholstery has dried, the seats are covered in severe stains and dirt, looking as if they were washed with filthy water from a mop bucket.
Given how hostile the staff became after I refused their finance packages and extras, I strongly believe the disgusting state of the vehicle was a deliberate retaliation and a vindictive punishment for costing them their commission. When I complained, customer service insultingly offered me just £30 compensation, which doesn't even cover a basic clean. This company shows a complete disregard for consumer rights and basic decency.

The sales team are helpful and explained everything clearly. Gulcan and jay were a good team and managed to sell me the guard x products. Hand over was easy and the finance process was hassle free. I feel the set up and layout of the reception area a little overwhelming and intimidating as all the sales advisors just seem to hang about and chat waiting for customers to serve but with how big the showroom is and the way BMW works it is what it is. We were offered plenty of drinks and everyone was very friendly. I am very happy with my new car.

The service provided by Igoor was exceptional. He would have received a 5 star rating. When i arrived to pick up the car the customer service was lower than expected. The car pick up experience by Haider was very good, however the overall experience was let down by a tyre pressure issue identified in the test drive, not being corrected at time of pick up. It is still an issue one week later.

From the moment we walked in the door the service was amazing. We felt really looked after. We went to look at a car we found on the website and a lovely member of the team AGON greeted us and helped us through the process of buying our new car and trading in our old car, AGON was amazing!! He explained everything fully with no pressure sales at all, he went through all the add on’s we could purchase but when we refused those we didn’t feel pressured to buy them. AGON was a true professional from start to finish. We went back to BMW 2 days later to collect out new car and was greeted like old friends. We highly recommend BMW to anyone that is looking to buy a car without the headache of pressure selling.

We got there on time for our test drives, but they had overbooked and were under staffed, had to wait half an hour by which time there was only time to try one of the cars.
The car I had paid a deposit to reserve wasn't available due to an Engine malfunction, snd the car we did try had an electrical fault. We also found out that in 4 years it hadn't been serviced, so the EV battery warranty was invalid.
From our experience and reading other reviews it seems thst most of their cars either have faults or patchy history. Won't be returning.

Two visits to BMW over the last two weeks, and this was the third car I’ve bought from them in five years. So wasn’t expecting today to be so disappointing.
After test driving a Kia Sportage last week, I paid £129 to have a higher-spec model sent down from Sheffield. The car looked perfect in the advert and I fully intended to buy it when it arrived today. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The car had numerous chips, a frayed seatbelt, and noticeable wear and tear throughout the interior.
It’s frustrating that issues like these are not made obvious or noted properly in the description before customers pay to have a car transported to another location. These defects were immediately obvious in person, so it would be far better to be more upfront in the photos and advert rather than letting customers pay delivery costs first.
Our salesman, Rueben, was very helpful and managed to find a similar-spec car on site, which we then decided to buy instead.
However, even after purchasing the car and completing all the paperwork, we still had to wait another 40 minutes before we could collect it. We then discovered the car came with no road tax, meaning we had to get to a Post Office within 24 hours of collection to sort it ourselves.
The collection team were great, and a special mention to Shaz, who had pre-completed some paperwork to try to speed things up and was lovely throughout. However, we were then left waiting in a cabin while the car was cleaned and prepared. Nice idea in theory, but there was still plenty of dog hair down the side of the seat, so I would honestly rather have had the car handed over sooner and cleaned it myself at home.
What should have been an exciting experience, buying a new car, ended up feeling stressful and frustrating. I also had the added shock of discovering that road tax is £620 a year for the first five years on cars that originally cost over £40k new, which was another unpleasant surprise after finally getting to the Post Office.
The staff were all lovely throughout, but the experience was horrible. Fingers crossed the car will last me for the next 5-7 years and i won’t need to put myself through that again for a while.

I visited Big Motoring World at Enfield with my family looking for a car for myself. The receptionist was welcoming and took us over to a salesman called Reuben. We were offered tea/coffee. Reuben was friendly any knowledgeable about each of the cars we looked at. All cars in and out of the showroom looked immaculate.

Can't recommend this company despite the car I looked at being good and competitive priced. The salesperson was intent on telling me from the start how EVs in particular can be expensive to repair and the tires are expensive and wear out quickly. There was a constant trickle of negative sentiment about EVs which in the end was fruitlessly designed to get me to spend £1200 on a year's extra warranty, which I'd said from the start I was not interested in. The salesperson also talked down their own 3 months included warranty and said if the car developed a fault I'd have to take it all the way to their facility in Peterborough. As I live in Surrey this is unacceptable and gave me no faith in their own warranty or the salesperson. I was ready to buy but the 'no pressure' sales tactic and negative attitude towards the car in an attempt to get me to buy the extended warranty put me off at the last moment and I walked. They lost a sale because of a disingenuous sales tactic and their pushing of add-ons.
