Our BigMW Rep James was very informative & attentive. I didn't feel rushed or pushed into any purchasing decisions & pleased with the outcome, the vehicle, warranty & service we received.

Nice salesman and not pushy, explained everything in detail and quickly showed me the cars I wanted to see and arranged a test drive in minutes. Would recommend this company and the process in buying was straight forward.

Tom at Norwich branch was a pleasant calm young man. He covered alot of detail and took us for a test drive. Not pushy, but keen.
I was disappointed there was no flexibility on price; I'd asked the duty manager for £250 off (for sale at £20,250) as car had no parcel shelf or SD card. If he'd agreed, I would have bought it!
As it is, I am still looking elsewhere!

Quite a negative experience. Went in to look at a few cars - which we were prepared to buy on the day at appropriate £17k - and the service was poor. Firstly, they have taken the price of each car on the forecourt and you have to scan a QR code for each to get the price. This is a really silly thing to do in my view and alienates older people and those without smart phones. Secondly, we asked for a part exchange price on our car. We had for a valuation of £5000 earlier in the day from Thurlow Nunn. They valued it at £4750. We asked if they come come up and they refused to do so. Didn’t even look at the car and refused to even have a conversation about it. They have lost a significant sale and the overall quality of the business, since it replaced Car Shop has clearly declined.

Arrived here to VIEW a car for my wife so that if it was suitable we would both go back tomorrow to possibly buy it.
Oh no, not that simple! Entered the building and had to give my details before being introduced to a sales person who welcomed me with a 'hello mate'. I then got told he would have to read to me company policy details , what he could say to me etc etc. I told him I was not there to by a car but to view a car and possible buy later.
As other reviewers have stated there are a lot of vehicles to view in very nice facilities but as soon as you go in their game plan is to sell you any car that day. Offering to provide finance, extras etc. A friend of mine had warned me how it works after he was persauded to buy a more expensive car than he had gone in to originally buy, only to have to sell weeks later when he realised his mistake.
A previous reviewer has already said it reminded me of how double glazing was sold in the 90's. I felt it started off like a Timeshare sell I'd been through before.
Such a shame as the car looked just what we wanted and Im sure some people like this process?
So back to our local friendly dealer tomorrow and buy the first car we viewed. Just a shame I wasted my time.

A great place to look at a variety of cars under one roof, but the hard sell and the extras are pushed . It reminded me of how double glazing was sold in the 90's. They later said deposit was non refundable. But it is. No clear pricing on the extras. CPC was upped to 4 years to make the figures work.
Be careful

I wasn’t going to bother with a review but after 3 phone calls and emails here you go
The whole setup is annoying. Before you get to see the car you have to sit down and listen to a pitch about finance.
After test driving the car you have to endure 40mins plus about car paint protection and alloys.
After all this you get presented with basically an additional 4k worth of insurance and warranty. No point did they acknowledge the car actually had extended manufacturer warranty.
At this point I said I am interested but will come back tomorrow. This clearly annoyed the sales man who became rude.
I did look at another car but decided to buy the car the next day. On arrival I was told off to reserving the car on my drive in. After I informed him I didn’t want finance or any extras he walked off for 10m and came back with new numbers for all of the extras
After saying no thank you at least 6 times and having to actually interrupt him many times to say look I only want to pay the price the car is advertised for. He finally let it go. Only to tell another more senior sales rep who also came over and tried at least when I said no thank you he backed off
After this getting the money paid and keys handed over was smooth enough.
I strongly recommend you don’t bother with any of there extra guff they try and sell you. But be prepared for them being like a dog with a bone.

From the first appointment to picking up my new car, everything was made very simple. Sales were not pushy at all and explained all of the options very clearly. All in, a good experience.

I initially felt overwhelmed at the size of the ‘store’ but was made to feel very welcome when assigned to an advisor. He was very knowledgeable, patient and happy to answer any questions whilst providing appropriate information and time to understand the processes involved as well as explore the cars available.
When I did return, the same advisor was assigned so there was no need to repeat, he knew what was being considered. The deal was made efficiently and he talked through everything clearly. He supported a negotiated deal.
At the time of trade/collection of the new car, gentleman assigned made everything quick and easy yet at no time did it feel pressured!
At no time did I feel under pressure to make any decision I was not certain about. I would gladly recommend to others and will indeed return next time round!
