The bike shop took an extra 10% payment…
The bike shop took an extra 10% payment from the full value of the bike, to cover admin and payments to B2W.
I still have not received the bike or notification it has been shipped. I am not sure if this delay is due to the bike shop, or them receiving the vouchure from B2W

Great Experience with Bike to Work
The process to apply for my voucher was easy enough once I had found the bike of choice. Approved very quickly.
It works out I will be getting my bike with ~40% off because of the tax relief.
Shame that I couldn’t get my first choice in bike because Halfords not included in the scheme.
