Thanks for your feedback, we can't control the charges of our bike shops, although we do ask them to state them clearly on their website. The fee at the end is the H.M.R.C guidelines which we have to follow, we hope you enjoy your bike and hope to work with you and your company in the future.

Difficult to navigate the online website search function to find shops in my area. Consider including a searchable map function or similar.otherwise once the application process was started everything worked smoothly. Applied for and received voucher within 2-3 weeks
