Bought two Barracuda III bikes from Bike Swanky (See Laura's comment). Service at time of the sale was superb, but it is the post sale service I am most impressed with. They are always more than happy to help and have come over twice already to help out with questions and adjustments. Can't fault them.

I was struggling to find somewhere that both offered a few niche brands and a proper test ride rather than 'round the car park'-then I found Bike Swanky! From the first time I called to the after service courtesy call Andy was helpful, unassuming, and knowledgable, and an all round top bloke! I wasn't expecting a 2 hour test ride but it really helped me confirm I had made the right choice of bike and was fantastic fun at the same time- and Andy seemed as excited to be out on the bike as me!
After sales services equally as good and Andy bought the bike down to my home in person and made sure it was all set up correctly. Always thought I wanted a De Rosa - and now I've got one-It's going like a dream and I couldn't be happier with it.

We recently purchased two Barracuda hybrid bikes from Bike Swanky having been put in touch with Andy via a friend. We found him to be helpful, knowledgeable and above all not not pushy. He took a genuine interest in our motivations for buying, our budget constraints and plans for future cycling. This meant that the suggestion he made felt like it truly was going to be the right fit for us. He kept us in the loop every step of the way through ordering and delivery of the bikes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy and the team from Bike Swanky to friends and family in the future. I think we'll definitely be customers for a very long time.

I was actually looking for a saddle rather than a bike - but they had exactly what I wanted, I was kept informed all the way, and I was so happy that I bought a second one for my wife's bike too. I was also rung up after the event to check that I was happy - I really liked that.

I was interested in upgrading my road bike, so approached Bike Swanky. I met with Andy and went through the various options for my price range. We met again, and I test rode two bikes. I decided on a De Rosa Super King and ordered. Despite delays from the supply company, the bike arrived and was promptly delivered with promises of after-sales service.
Throughout the process, I was offered exactly what was right to me. There was no hard sell, and Andy is clearly a committed and knowledgeable cyclist.. The bike I now ride is utterly perfect for my needs!

I bought an Argon Galium Pro ex demo bike which was an excellent price and 25% off. Delivery by a really good qualified bike mechanic to my home at a time agreed between us. They changed a couple of things on the bike before delivery and still sent the original parts as well. Bike is superb so very happy cyclist

Excellent service from trusted individuals who clearly have a passion for bikes. I have dealt with both Paul and Andy on various occasions and have had nothing but quality customer care. They have even tolerated my indecisiveness in choosing parts for my Stanton Switchback Ti build. Top blokes!

Having found Bike Swanky on the internet and made contact with them during the busy weekend of the bike show I was amazed at how quickly they contacted me (8pm Saturday night!) Paul was unbelievably helpful, friendly and knowledgeable...advising me correctly on the benefits and size of the bike I was interested in buying.

Once I placed the order, Andy (the nicest chap you are ever likely to meet!) contacted me and arranged to personally deliver the bike and spend time with me getting the right fit, making sure I was 100% happy.

Bang on time at 8:30am Saturday morning Andy and the bike arrived and 1 hour later I was the proud owner of an awesome Orro Oxygen 105 perfectly fitted to me and ready to go.

The price, ease of ordering and amazing customer service is the best I have experienced, I can't recommend them more highly.

I ordered a BKOOL turbo from Andy at the end of January. Unfortunately by the time I placed my order they were out of stock. Andy kept me up to date on the expected delivery date taking the time to send me several mails to keep me up to speed. At no point did I have to chase for delivery times or for information.

Would happily recommend Bike Swanky to anyone.

Bought an ex demo mountain bike for my son. Excellent advice and service and andy replied promptly to all my queries. There was genuine care in ensuring I got a good deal . Excellent.

The service I received from Bikeswanky was nothing short of first class. Both Paul and Andy were really helpful and kept me informed what was happening with my purchase every step of the way. When I informed them I would be at work on the planned delivery date, "no problem, we'll deliver it to your workplace, if that's ok with you". Great. I have to point out this wasn't the most expensive purchase, just a turbo trainer, so even more marks to them for ensuring all customers are given great service, irrespective of the size of the sale. I will definitely be using them again.
Oh, and the Bkool turbo.? Brilliant so far, everything I wanted at the price.
