Bike Swanky are selling bikes online offering unique financial options with some less commonly sold brands (De Rosa, BH etc). When I asked for bespoke specification Paul was more than accomodating with getting me exactly what I wanted, and although the supplier actually delivered the wrong spec (on more than one occasion) he bent over backwards to put it right. Very satisfied customer here few months down the line, thank you very much!

I have met Paul and Andy at a number of races this year, and their professionalism and approach to business in the cycling arena is second to none. Genuine bike enthusiasts themselves, they ride across a spectrum of disciplines so they can be choosy over the products they promote - they also spot great new brands ( I'd never heard of Pyga bikes before l met Bikeswanky, and a credit to them for a brand thats now getting great reviews in the MTB magazines). I have used their mail order service, and can report that it was almost as fast delivery as if l'd gone to the shop to collect it myself! Highly recommended, a great way of owning intergalactic bikes at a fraction of the cost, all backed up with service options and great customer service.

After ordering a bike helmet we were told there was a supply issue that was out of Bike Swanky's control and that delivery would be delayed.

However, Paul from Bike Swanky was great and provided regular updates and alternatives. Eventually he offered to meet the additional cost of a far superior product to ensure he exceeded our expectations.
We look forward to receiving the new helmet shortly!

After a lot of thinking I decided to order a good light childrens bike for my sons 8th birthday. I was looking at Islabike, Hoy and Frog. The Frog 62 was sold out on their own webbsite but available at Bike Swanky.

They had some issue in the ordering process about international shipping cost but solved it very smoothly and, for me, very favorable by offering the shipping for free.

They did not have the bike in store at the moment but the communication was great and the bike was shipped and arrived according to the communicated dates.

I have now assembled the bike and are keenly looking forward to my sons 8th birthday. Hopefully he likes it.

I was a bit hesitant about booking a bike fit because it's a fair chunk of money to part with when you are not sure what you are getting in return. After doing some research, I found that the cost of Bike Swanky's bike fit price competitive and what sealed the deal was that Paul and Andy worked around my schedule. On top of that, the bike fit was in a place convenient to me (which was such a bonus!). Simon arrived on time and once he had set up the turbo trainer, it was straight into the chat about my cycling and any issues that I had. By the end of the session, Simon had addressed all my cycling concerns, adjusted my bike in various ways and recommended a few extra bits.

The first ride after the bike fit was the most comfortable I’ve been on my bike. Thank you Paul, Andy and Simon!

Despite my order coinciding with the UK stages of TdF and a hiccup in communication due to that, the product is everything promised and more, the delivery service cannot be matched by any other online retailer and my experience leaves me completely satisfied with bike, service & delivery at a fantastic price.

Ordered a bike through Bike Swanky. Was a little apprehensive with the whole BACS payment process as you would be, having not dealt with this company before. I was reassured as they were a main supplier on the bike manufacturers list and I needn't have worried. They provided an excellent service which was a lot more personal than what you'd receive in many shops. Whilst I collected the bike from them as it was a gift for my son they were willing to deliver the bike personally and set it up for him at the convenience of my home. They have even offered to pop out and make any adjustments to the bike once he gets it in his birthday! Would definitely recommend these guys and will buy from them again!

On a normal business transaction you expect one thing, your rights as a consumer and nothing else. I chose 0% finance payment method, and the whole credit union process took about 1 week from ordering the product with Bike Swanky to delivery at my door. With the services provided by the the team at Bike Swanky, I am confident that they will have many happy customers who will have the chance to purchase the bike of their dreams and actually be able to afford it without the usual credit score says no, the rubbish that plagues so many of us.
Paul and Andrew were very helpful with everything and I feel that they would take it personally to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

I stumbled across Bikeswanky pretty much by accident, but am I glad I did!
A number of finance options available, very professional and helpful team who really do go the extra mile to sort you out. No delivery boxes here, a mechanic arrives at your place to set the bike up for you! Even their preferred finance provider is friendly and approachable, as well as bound by strong ethics which is rare these days.
The whole experience was great, plus the ability to upgrade as you go is cool for a serial bike nut like me.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, in fact I did just that last night!!

Where to begin? I first ordered a bike through Bike Swanky in April, a bike I had my heart set on since January. A week after ordering it I received a phone call from Bike Swanky saying that unfortunately Kinesis had recalled the bike due a fault with the forks and wouldn't be available until July. I was unsure of what to do so Paul very helpfully emailed me some suggestions (the bike I initially ordered was in the £1500 range) all of Paul's suggestions were based on what I wanted to use the bike for and were all sub £1000! Paul was a massive help in my decision making but I ended up with a Kona Jake the Snake (I was dead set on lime green!).

So the order was made and the finance was organised, signed and sorted. I then got a copy of the finance breakdown which was incorrect. Within an hour of phoning Bike Swanky to query it I received an updated agreement with the correct figures! I have never seen service so fast!

Later down the line I received another call from Bike Swanky apologizing that Kona had delayed the import and I would have to wait a bit for the bike to arrive, Andy was very apologetic and couldn't do more to try and help me in the interim.

None of the issues I faced were the fault of Bike Swanky at all yet they continued to help in any way they could and were an absolute pleasure to deal with, such that I have recommended them to 3 of my work colleagues.

I'd been looking at a new bike for a while.... should i go this one or that one... I came to the conclusion after a few reviews to go for the kinesis FF29 in green! once i shopped around, it soon came down to bike swanky, paul is... well an awesome guy.... he puts you at ease of any queries, questions that you have, has the time to discuss.. even in email back and forth... no hard sell, comes across very honest and true personality. The bike was ordered, assembled by one of his fellow bike builders and brought to me... service, quality good allround... so much so im sure ill be back for the kinesis road bike at the end of the year for the winter :))))

The managing director Paul has been very helpful and courteous through out the purchase of my new bike, including out of hours phone calls to keep me informed of my order. Coming from mountain biking to road I had very little experience on type and sizing of road bike for my size. Paul was able to give me quality advice on all aspects of the road scene.
