Here's a situation you wouldn't normally give 4 stars out of a possible 5 for.
I placed an order on the Bike Swanky website for some bib-shorts and paid by BACS.
After a week I contacted them to ask when the order would be fulfilled and was disappointed to be told that the item I'd paid for was discontinued. So initially my feelings were pretty negative - however, they were swift to explain how the error had occurred and even swifter to refund and profusely apologise for their error. And it wasn't just a perfunctory email apology - it was a phone call!

Very happy with the service provided by Bike Swanky. No problem with sorting out finance and Montague X50 delivered promptly and fully assembled to my fathers address ready and waiting for my weekend home in Wales.

It was easy to find the bike I was after on the website with plenty of information available.
Subsequently my questions were quickly answered and the purchase process was flawless.

Lastly the delivery was swift, the bike was adjusted for my daughter, and now she is delighted.

I purchased a Catlike Leaf helmet which I have to say is probably the most comfortable Bike helmet I've owned in a long time. It's sleek and I love the adjustable parts all round especially the visor. I'd probably just use it on the fully extended out range definitely if very sunny .

I was after a specific part and bike swanky were more than happy to assist in obtaining the part and arranging finance (even when I completed the form incorrectly).

Nothing would appear to be too much for the team and they kept me well informed throughout. Not only would I recommend but I would use them again.

It has been a very easy experience and leasing has made it easier for me to afford the bike i wanted.

This is a friendly young company with a love of bikes and a new way for you to get your hands on the best. There is an excellent range of brands and my BH Prisma is performing very well. Paul is going out of his way to make this business work and that means you get a personal, knowledgeable response at every stage of the process. If you always like to have the latest bike then I'd definitely give them a go.

Bike Swanky has really good customer service with a personal touch, just like the best local bike shop; but it also has the convenience and product range of an online retailer - not a collision of ideals but a best of both worlds! Love it!

I was desperate to get hold of a Frog Balance bike for my daughter's 2nd birthday and found that I could get it from Bike Swanky just in time. They were able to get me the exact model I wanted at a great price but I assumed the cheapest bike on the site wasn't going to be assembled for me and I wasn't particularly looking forward to the late night required to assemble it myself. I was completely stunned to get a call saying that my bike was being delivered by hand on a weekday evening. And it was! Fully assembled and ready to rock. Seeing her excitement on her birthday was amazing (she particularly loved the spots and the frog logos) but I'm still not sure I quite understand how Bike Swanky managed this level of service on a £100 bike. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

I am setting up a cycling performance centre in the North West. I came across Swankys from a friend of mine and never looked back. The options which Swankys offer are excellent. To lease a product is very straight forward with very competitive and manageable monthly payments. I will be using Swankys now and in the future. Great company, top staff 100%

Importantly and firstly they seem to hold all the stock that's on the website, so no hanging about for despatch. I had a payment issue (my fault) during my first order, and my enquiry was picked up very quickly by e-mail, and we resolved the issue really quickly. Following delivery of my order, I received a phone-call from the MD of the company just checking that all had gone well with my order, but more than that, we had a conversation about what I'll use my purchase for and he showed genuine interest in me as a customer. In the days of impersonal e- commerce, this was a breath of fresh air, and what's more; they had stock that some of the big companies didn't have for another 6 weeks. I'd thoroughly recommend a look at the site if you want to deal with friendly helpful people.

Bikeswanky were the only company I could find with my requirements. I had trouble with payment options but they called me up later on in the day and sorted it for me.great options on the finance and the only place I've seen were you can extend the finance without applying again
