Paul at BikeSwanky gave good, honest advice and pulled out all the stops to get us a bike for our daughter to a very tight deadline - including delivering it to our home at 9 pm! Thank you, again, for the wonderful service.
The financing options for these good quality aluminium frame kids' bikes (we bought a Frog 62) are a welcome idea as kids have that habit of growing out of things!

The experience & service has been positive with items delivered in good time. However, I am disappointed with the service charge imposed when using paypal. I have been using paypal for a number of years with various transactions & companies & this is the first time I have come across a service charge for its use. I will not be using it in future if the service remains.

Paul has been brilliant from the start, I ordered a bike for my son's birthday and used the 0% finance scheme. There was a problem with the specific bike we wanted but this was resolved with an good alterantive then Paul being able to secure the first choice purchase which was pleasing.
Communication was great and Paul being flexible to answer any questions out of hours. First class customer service.
Getting to bike I ordered a Frog 62 bike for my son and he loves it, lightweight and fantastic quality. It was sent up to a local mechanic who built it and delivered to the door. Highly recommended!!!

I was looking for a tri bike for next years events but didn't want the problem of the depreciation in 1 or 2 years also the huge cost of them!!. Looking online I came across Bikeswanky so looked into leasing one instead. After a look online at the huge selection I came across a argon 18 e112 as a ex display model, well after a quick email and a couple of calls with Paul ( who went beyond helpful) I was amazed to receive the bike the same week!. On the day of delivery it turned up exactly on time and the chap spent time with me setting up and going through everything from riding position to advise on rear wheel drag. Nothing could of been more straight forward or easier. I can see this being a really popular way of having the latest bikes without the huge costs and being able to upgrade is again a bonus. From the moment I spoke to Paul at Bike Swanky I new I was in good hands. I told Paul on the Monday that I needed a Felt Z4 bike within 5 working days. He was confident that he could deliver and he didnt let me down. As an independent financial adviser I firmly believe that leasing instead of buying a bike is the smart choice in todays econmic climate and gives you so many more options.

After doing lots of research I knew the bike I wanted (Felt B16) and decided to try the Bike Leasing Company. I have to say I'm absolutely delighted I did. The service from Paul was fantastic, even answering late night enquiries in order to help out.

I needed the bike quickly, due to an imminent race. Paul did everything he could to ensure I got the bike as quick as was humanly possible. The bike was then delivered to me by a mechanic, Julian. He was very helpful in setting up the bike to the specifications that I wanted and even waited while I had a quick spin to ensure everything was set-up to my liking.

I would not hesitate in recommending the company to anyone who was interested in getting a bike and I'm sure I'll continue using them in the future.

I was looking for a top bike and wasnt sure what to get, how much to pay and indeed how to pay. These guys introduced me to some awesome brands I'd never even heard of. So after just a few conversatons and email exchanges I was taking delivery of a stunning new Merida Carbon hardtail on a great value lease plan. I'll never buy another bike without speaking to these guys first.

I became aware of the possibility of leasing a bike almost by accident and I'm very happy that I did. Paul and BikeSwanky (previously the Bike Leasing Company) made the process very easy and I took delivery of £2,600 worth of bike which was set up for me at my home with the minimum of fuss. Since then I've had 18 months of shiny new bike-ness with no fuss, at completely affordable rates. In a few more months I will either settle up and keep the bike, or hand it back and order another brand new steed... the best bit being that if I do get a new one, I'll have paid much less than the RRP on the bike I've been hooning around the Pennines on for 2 years.
What's the catch? Well, BikeSwanky have to find a buyer for my current bike but it's a beauty so I'm sure they'll be ok. As far as I'm concerned, there's absolutely no catch at all. A great bike, for less than RRP over two years - a winning idea.
