A great big thank you to Dougie at the Barclays Campus. We found the shop when we stopped on our old push bikes to have a coffee at the the Barclay Campus and wandered into the shop. There was a Gazelle T10 on display and Dougie talked us through the ins and outs of electric bikes. What was so good about Dougie was that he went above and beyond the normal help and advice. He told us all about the Energy Trust and arranged for us to test other bikes. All along the process of ordering the bikes he was there to help us. He delivered the bikes yesterday and again spent time getting everything organised. A first class experience thanks to Dougie. He’s a great advert for Billy Bilsland.

I have on several occasions now popped into the shop needing a quick fix, and the team have always been very accommodation. Big shout out to Dougie at The Barclays campus... The guy has been nothing short of phenomenal. He not only repaired the bike in the quickest time possible, but has given me a number of recommendations to help the bike run better. Superb!!

Wouldn’t look past this shop if you’re looking for a bike.

Don’t know where to start, The staff are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond, nothings too much trouble they’re so friendly and anything they don’t know about bikes isn’t worth knowing. They made sure everything was absolutely spot on for my wee girl today and she got to pick which colour of bow she wanted added to her bike. “Best day of her life she said”

They’re really competitively priced, open on Sundays and the fact they’re right opposite Glasgow green means as soon as you collect your new wheels you can take them on a wee test drive.

Best retail experience in a very long time.

Great guys great knowledge and great service

I have just picked up my top-end road bike and want to thank all the crew at BB’s with special thanks to Sam and Barry. Sam guided me through the process from order placement to handover with equipment spec advice and a thorough handover including advice on what to expect with a disk brake bike. Barry imparted me with much needed knowledge during the bike fit process, including advice on how to keep flexible.
A lot of time and effort went in at your side to make me feel confident and comfortable that I was getting a first class service. The extra’s on the bike (and in the goodie bags) were the icing on the cake !
All-in-all a very enjoyable experience.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Billy Bilsland Cycles as the go-to shop for all things cycling.

I have road bikes which are great on good roads but not well suited to poorly maintained roads full of potholes. I needed a Hybrid to better cope with the terrible road conditions where I live. I knew exactly what specification of bike I wanted but did not want to spend too much money on a yet another bike.
The bike that I wanted was mostly on sale for the full price but Billy Bilsland had it listed in a sale with a good discount so I chose Billy Bilsand Cycles on price.

It turned out to be a good choice. The price was good and they were a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed on progress and the bike was delivered quickly and efficiently along with a useful guide on getting the bike set up and ready to go. Definitely 5 stars.

Took my bike in to get serviced and the very helpful staff quickly identified that the slightly worrying creaking & grinding noises were actually coming from the bike and not my knees! Thanks to all the staff for getting my bike running smoothly again, sadly couldn’t do anything for my aging joints! Great to deal with such friendly, knowledgeable staff….now do I get a second bike?!

Great service that you only get from an independent bike shop yesterday. Replaced a bolt that had fallen out of my pannier rendering it unusable. They searched and found the right thread then cut the screw length to fit, prioritised me and got me on the way quickly thank you !

Great service, honest advice.

I bought a commuter bike here, it's exactly what I need. I got to try it out with a quick ride around Glasgow Green. They were able to fit mudguards as requested ready for a pickup the next day.

Popped in for a browse and walked out with a new bike! Sam was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all my questions and help me choose the right bike for me.
Great I was able to take the bike out on a test ride to confirm the fit.
All in all a positive experience - I have recommended Billy Bilsland to friends.

Ordered bike online on Friday, collected on Saturday. When I went to collect the bike the staff were very helpful and happily set up my new bike tubeless while I waited. Also great range of accessories. Would definitely recommend.

I saw an e-bike on their website, called to ask when I could collect it the agent (Patrick) said he would have it ready and fully charged next day. He was true to his word. On the day he explained everything I needed to know and even fixed my lock bracket for me. Communication and service was excellent. I strongly recommend Billy Bilsland Cycles, particularly if you are local.

Looked everywhere for a frog kickstand and couldn't find one anywhere other than at Billy Bilsland's. Throw in very fast delivery and i have no option but to give 5 stars. A company that i had never heard of before but will be using in the future.

Best bike shop by far in my search for a new bike. Their investment in getting the sizing, comfort and model just right was so impressive. The contrast with other bike shops I had tried was huge. The team is enthusiastic, knowledgeable but also intent on meeting the customers’ needs - this extended to ordering 2 bikes neither of which I bought. The outcome was the perfect bike for me. Thanks especially to Neil but also the rest of the crew. Would highly recommend

What can I say about Neil and the team. I used a LDS near my house. One of my friends recommended Billy Bilsland's. I had a bad experience with my LBS and now only go and see Neil and the team. The advice and service I get from Neil is 2nd to none. Very patient with me even when i change my mind a lot over buying. I you don't know what you want the team will help and give you a sample of bikes to try. Thanks Neil and the team for being patient and so so helpful

Needed a professional mechanic to fit a new bottom bracket and chainset I’d received through warranty from canyon and the first place I thought of was Billy Bilslands cycles ..they were very accommodating and polite and took me the next day dealing with my issues swiftly and professionally…the young mechanic was polite and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and his work was second to none thanks Patrick …I wouldn’t and will not go elsewhere for a service when needed and have been using this shop for 25 years and witnessed it evolution …thanks neil and the boys top work …

Booked my emtb in for the "resurrection" service. The guys worked wonders replacing several key parts including chain, brake rotors, pads, cranks and cassette. Collected the bike on Saturday morning and went straight out for a good shakedown ride. I can honestly say that the bike is better now than it was when I bought it over 2 years ago. GREAT SERVICE, OUTSTANDING VALUE FOR MONEY. Will definitely be back. Thanks again.
