These import fees are set up by your country government and have to be paid by the person who imports the product to UK (the buyer) to the UK's government. We are sorry.

Your site is ,co,uk which indicates it is British so the exceptional small print at check out which says the buyer is responsible for import duty is easily missed. Sending the order of 2 screens as 2 separate items also incurred double handling charges. Beware of buying from this firm if you are a UK customer

Room divider Without The Leg's!!!
Ok I have been waiting for my room dividere for a few weeks now and just got it today,when I opened my parcel I was shocked to find that was missing the legs that holds the piece in place or divides the room! I paid good money for this and now that it's here without the legs or feet I feel like I have been ripped off? The picture is as good as expected and the self assembly was straightforward, my only criticism is with your choice of courier, UPS, who as usual were hopeless, they informed me 5 days in a row that the package would be delivered that day and needed a signature, they failed each time then today they delivered when we were out, left it outside and obviously got no signature… appalling service.

Very Pleased
Our paintings arrived in good time, although two of the boxes were slightly damaged but the bubble wrap did its job.
Our order was split and arrived on different days so didn't have to any import charges.

This company has a UK web adress so naturally think that any warnings of import taxes would not apply and you have to look for the warnings wich wasn't explained till.after a £53 fee not happy at all with there blunt and rude reply...
