I have to be honest, the service has been top notch, especially the service provided by Francis a Client Support Coordinator! I will definitely be using BioGrad in the future, and, in fact, have just ordered more pre-travel PCRs!

Quick and easy test results however, it might help to mention in the instructions to register the test before you put it in the return envelope. I followed the instructions, put my test with the request card inside the envelope, then went ahead and wanted to register the test where I had to scan a barcode, which was now in the request card inside the envelope. it was quite a struggle to try and get that out again without tearing up the envelope I needed to return the test. So maybe for the future let people register the test first before telling them to stick it into the return envelope and seal it. Apart from that, great service for a good price.

Highly recommend this company, my son was flying out to Spain and needed a pre flight pcr test results within 24hrs and they done it. completely saved my sons trip, they were amazing so quick, Great customer service even through email very quick response time.

Had a problem where my husband sealed my tast bag without me scanning the bar code. That was it divorce courts lol yes big argument 6.30am. I sent a email explaining what had happened I spoke to a lovely lady Becky who answered the phone promptly and reassured me it was fine. And just got our results back fit to fly 👏👏👏I will now have you saved in my details and spread the word once again thank. Forgot posted yesterday 10th June 10.30 and results before 5 on the 11th June

From start to finish the experience was very easy. Test ordered Wednesday, received via Royal Mail Thursday and test done and sent straight back. Result received Friday. Couldn’t be any more efficient. I had a couple of questions and was easily able to speak to a member of the staff who were extremely helpful. I will certainly recommend to any of my friends and family if required in the future.

Very easy, video verification pre USA travel test, results back in minutes (they allow for 12 hours). You need a device with camera/scan capability and your passport and the test itself is just the 2 nostrils (not the throat, which I hate). Hopefully dont need to use it again as restrictions are eased but if I had to test I would use Biograd.

Very easy to book a slot. Very welcoming and efficient when I arrived for my appointment. Felt very happy to have an observer while I did my test. I had my test at 10.20am and had my results by 11.14am. Excellent service

Having searched for a postal and competitive PCR test as a result of being directed to have one by my doctor. I found BioGrad Diagnostics at a price much lower than other testing laboratories. The test arrived within 48 hours owing to the time I made the application. However, I did the test got the sample in my local postbox (in Hampshire) by 1530 and received a negative test result at 1439 the following day - brilliant!
I would certainly use this company in the future should I need another PCR test and recommend them to family and friends.

I received the result too late so had to pay £119 at the airport for a 4-hour test. It was submitted 70 hours in advance of flight.

Ordered a pre travel PCR test. It arrived at my house next day. Posted it back with tracking and it arrived early the day after.
Was nervous as our flight was 6am the following day so we needed it testing the same day it arrived. Reached out to Biograd customer care who were very helpful telling us we will have our results by the end of the day. Recieved them later that day around 4pm in plenty of time.

I HAVE covid. i've been testing positive Lft's for a week. i sent off a Biograd PCR test which came back negative even though im sick with symptoms and tested psitive LFT before and after. i wanted a PCR test so id have proof of recovery. i did the test thoroughly well but it says i'm fit to fly! waste of money!

Me being stupid I messed up when completing some travel PCR tests and started panicking and when I say Chris from Bootle clinic saved me I mean it. Excellent customer service and also really good at calming me down because I was sure I ruined everything. So yeah if you read this I hope he gets a raise or something because dealing with me was definitely not easy. Thank you Chris!
